I have been using Alpha B Group since 2015 for my personal taxes and the work and service has been consistently amazing. The team is very well organized and provide clear and simple instructions to help you gather your tax materials.

They offer quarterly check-ins to help us forecast tax liabilities for the coming year so there are never any surprises. Earlier in the year I received a surprise notice from the IRS that I had misfiled back taxes and the Alpha B team was able to immediately identify the cause (there was a 1099 that I had missed) and gave me clear steps on how to resolve with the IRS.

Alpha B Group is definitely one of the more tech savvy CPA team, I can send them all my paperworks digitally and they will send me an online check list and reminders that are easy to follow. Everything is a simple click-click-click and done! I don't have to meet them in person which is a huge plus especially with my hectic schedule and pandemic. I feel very well taken care of! I've been doing my taxes with Alpha B for the last few years. With other services, I've wondered if I could have saved more or received a bigger return but this is not the case with Alpha B. I've found the tax planning sessions especially helpful so that I can understand the tax implications of financial decisions I might make throughout the year. I'm happy to pay a bit more for superior service.

Everything is online, so convenient, and the team is really responsive to all of my questions. This year, they let people choose which week they would like to start submitting their tax info to stagger out demand. I was able to schedule the service in and not worry about it.
