Kevin and Rick are awesome. Had me in and out there in 20 minutes very helpful and resourceful. Very kind made me have a better day please Mr. Jiffy Lube give them a raise. They deserve it.

I want to thank Manager Jessica for some customer service that was above and beyond what was called for. I had a special need that I thought would take my afternoon. Instead, I presented on a busy Friday afternoon and had what I needed completed in less than 15 minutes. Pretty unheard of. Could not have happened without you, Jessica. Ever since I got my car I have not trusted anybody but jiffy lube for the best care the customer service is always grate super friendly well staffed and fast over all the best service and customer satisfaction

If you car tires are low in air and need a pump, Jiffy Lube is the place to go. I had my first visit here today and the staff greeted me with a smile the service was prompt. They did not charge me anything for air refill on all 4 tires and were courteous enough. They offer other additional services such as Engine oil change, vehicle services etc.

I was a bit skeptical about going to Jiffy Lube for a repair, but Ryan was my mechanic (also a manager) and he did a fantastic job on replacing my brake pads! He quickly was able to diagnose the sound, explain to me what was happening, what I would need, what I wouldn't need, and exactly why. He was polite, professional, and definitely knew his stuff, as I asked him a few other car-repair related questions and he was immediately able to give me good info on those right away as well!

I received an honest service and didn't experience any pressure to pay for unnecessary work! The Ladies working here offer great customer service! 5 stars for that!

I wanted a physical condition inspection for my car, and Ryan went out of the way to help me out. I was greeted nicely and he was then happy to assist and listen to my asks, and then he went over all options. The other staff was very friendly too. Definitely recommend this place for quick service.

I went for a last minute oil change and tire check so I could go on a 4 hrs road trip.They vacuumed my car, that says a lot for just an oil change. And I saw Ricky cleaning windows of another car...what?! I'm sold! Thank you, came back safely from my trip and I'll definitely be back for my next oil change. Manager better give them a raise for their hard work. 👏👏👍

One of the only car services price I trust in the bay area, their prices are transparent and the staffs are polite and professional, I got my car inspected without spending me a penny and the Staff helped me pump up my tire for free too, kudos to the great customer services.

I love this place all the employees treat you like family if you ask them for help they will also they do extra work when they change the oil of your car thank you

I will preface this with saying I'm not one to write reviews for services, but the amazing experience I just had at the Santa Clara Jiffy Lube deserves this thanks.

Ryan exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. He helped me to triage services for my vehicle - after taking the time to understand what my goals for my vehicle are longterm (some people want to optomize to eventually sell vs. driving it until it dies).

He also kindly addressed all my concerns without making me feel ignorant for questions that I'm sure were pretty simple (I'm by no means a mechanic).

Additionally, he saved me money by redirecting me to services that were actually needed for the health of my vehicle rather than what i THOUGHT was needed. Again, see comment above about me obviously not being a car person.

I loved the integrity, kindness, and knowledge that Ryan demonstrated.

If I could give Ryan 10 stars I would - thank you again!!!

Ryan (manager), very professional! I traveled in my car from Salt Lake City, Utah, and had noooo clue on where to get my brakes checked and serviced. From the moment I entered the parking lot, I was helped from Ryan. Felt extremely comfortable & super satisfied with the work that was done! Thank you Ryan!

I love this place and there are tons of these little oil outlets all over. It's a practical way to get your oil done, fast and not too expensive. The guys use a computer to consult and advise you on what is needed based on that information. You are not obligated to get any of it done. Love that. They don't do a hard sell; just the facts, Jack. You get the air in your tires balanced, windows cleaned and floors vacuumed as well. How cool is that? Always great customer service...the coffee...nah...just watch TV or read one of the many magazines.

Good place, they make inspections, have a free coffee while waiting and good discount for Uber drivers. The personnel are gentle and the prices are clear. They make sure we agree with the quote before perform the job on our car. Recommended.

I go here for all my oil changes. The employees are friendly, polite, and professional. I get a quick oil change, they check and top off all other fluids, check tire pressure, vacuum the carpets, and wash the windows. The waiting area has plenty of chairs, a TV, and beverages.
