I want to commend the agent who left a deep impression on me.
When I had a car accident, their response time was faster than anyone else.
The other party involved in the accident kept communicating with their insurance company until I left.
Additionally, James, the agent, not only provided prompt and accurate service but also offered me comfort, courage, and empathy, which greatly helped me in recovering from the trauma.
Meeting such an exceptional agent has been a precious blessing.
I'm also thankful for the various ways they helped me save on insurance premiums and the extensive assistance I received.

John has been always very professional, responsive and looking out for my best interests possible. They might not be the cheapest option out there but with the quality service/coverage they can provide, I think its well worth it!

This is the best agency I have ever seen. they are very kind and very helpful. though the agency in Korean town, they have employees speak other language, such as Chinese, Spanish and of course English.
