Dr.Pham at this location is truly a one of kind. He's made my prenatal appointments enjoyable and has been so understanding, concern and caring of my mental health, physical well being, and support of my unborn child. I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend any mother to him. Truly one for the people!

I have been a Chas patient, both medical and dental going on 14 years......I have always been treated with respect and friendliness. There were only a couple instances @ The Maple Street Dental clinic that were not 5 star......but, clearly not unacceptable......I have heard many folks have had bad experiences with Chas.....but I often wonder, if it could be due to a reaction to how these folks come across initially.......it seems we are all overworked and under appreciated, but I have enjoyed each and every visit to the Market Street Clinic and Pharmacy.....I especially like David in the pharmacy's cheerfulness......I highly recommend...Thank you Chas for good care, staffing and practices..

The PA I saw was amazing too, but I unfortunately I can't remember her name :( I did call and leave a message before about the both or them and I hope it reaches the right person.

Fast appointment, no wait for doctor. Doc was very helpful and listened to everything i was concerned about and addressed all my needs. Thanks!

My concern was the guy disinfectanting in the waiting room. He used 1 yes 1 disinfectant wipe for ALL counters AND the drinking fountains.

I've only gone here to have a "nurse visit" where i leave lab samples, but it was clean, everyone was friendly, and the whole visit was streamlined and easy. Even though my regular CHAS clinic is in the Valley, this was near where i needed to go today, and i love the convenience of just stopping by the closest CHAS campus. The nurse actually looked at my chart and asked questions to be sure we were getting the right samples, and she also made sure that i knew how to self-collect.

I had a great experience here. They got me into my appointment right away and Erik Leaf was great. He listened to all of my concerns and got me referrals and blood work right away.

I love this clinic!!! The staff, MA and Dr. I have are awesome. And even if I don't have a appointment, and just need to talk to someone, I can always just walk in and they take the time to talk with me. In my opinion this is the best clinic ever!!!

I’ve been with this clinic for over 3yrs never a problem. They are all wonderful people even my doctor who’s willing to work with me not against me. The pharmacy is just as wonderful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good doctors.
