Reliable and rapid response to any need - once I was in DMV and found I had given the agent a wrong VIN (so the VIN on my insurance card was not correct). The DMV officer asked me to get a corrected insurance card in 10 minutes or I had to cancel the appointment and reschedule. Mr Jiang replied rapidly and got everything done in 5 minutes so I didn’t have to go through the painful appointment process once again.

Excellent service. I never filed a claim, but with respect to responsiveness which is important like canceling, updating. You could always get that done instantly. Good consultation as well when choosing the right amount
