They have a dollar store. Grocery store. Domino's and a couple other food places in one area. Ace also. Perfect for me. Less driving

Yes there is a lot of construction around the parking and shops, but it will be worth it. Lake Stevens has grown so much so quickly, it was inevitable. Be patient, there's lots of room and parking, and it is worth it.

Great market place with many of our favorite places. We love Ace Hardware, my hubby goes there often and appreciates the friendly staff and clean store. Dollar Tree is a favorite for the little things. We also love the shaved ice shop... love the Dole Whip!!

A nice small community shopping plaza for a meal at Buzz Inn or to get a Subway sandwich , coffee at Biscuit & Bean, shop for a few groceries at Jay's Market, or hit up Lake Steven's Donuts!

The shopping area and sidewalks are kept clean. There are usually parking spots and Handicapped Parking in front of Jay's.

Cool stores, nice people, small town feel, it's 15 minutes from Everett, you should take a look. As the holidays start so do the sales, a number of small business people waiting to show you how to get ready for the holidays.

They hatch a larger selection of Bourbons than any store around and they were friendly with good customer service!

The other place I got to for Subway. Front left to right the stores are: Car maintenance, Car parts, JintheB, Pizza, Shaved Ice, Liquor, Paint, Dollar Tree, Mex Restaurant, and a hardware store and that's not even all of it. Why would you need to go anywhere else?

Convience that's what it's all about. 9/10 visits there's a parking spot, important to me. Food ,beverage, groceries, ATM, nail and hair salon, games, they have it all. And on a bus route. Fabulous !

This place is convenient ....and has everything you need it is a one stop shop, along with being in a close vacinity, to any and everything you could want.makes everything quick and that makes me and my wife happy..and happy wife happy life...so 5 stars

Love the stores here although I would avoid the shave ice place as the past employees (friends of friends) have not said well of the place... And it's expensive

Had fun shopping. Found what we were looking to buy. Easy parking. Nice employees.

A great place to pick up a newspaper outside in the machine.Or pick up an item at Jay's Market. The new coffee shop , is fun , friendly and great coffee. Buzz Inn is here as well.

Great for grabbing a morning coffee at Biscuits and Beans and then walking down to the Lake Stevens donut shop for half a dozen super fresh donuts and our day is set...
