From the moment I stepped into this location of Baskin Robbin’s, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The store was clean and spotless. Not only is the staff kind but very efficient. I was served quickly but did not feel hurried. There are a wide variety of flavors to try from, I can’t wait to go back and try new flavors! 🍦

Best place to buy ice cream around. The atmosphere has clearly changed with the new management team. Service with a smile and who doesn’t love BR ice cream!

Not enough is felt when there is more than two persons in eating icecream but choice is yours, one can easily spend one to two hours if he is hungry and have appetite to eat.

I love the way they ask you to wait for your turn so there are no many people inside at the same time. Many flavors to choose from and beautiful cakes as well.

My wife and I visited this place for a scoop of ice cream on a hot evening. Friendly staffs, quiet place to sit and enjoy our Gold Medal Ribbon and Mint Chocolate Chips.

This ice cream shop is in good location. Great employees but some customers are mean and demanding when I came! Clean and well lit! You guys are doing a great job! Lots of ice cream to choose from.

borrow her phone to call my doctor husband

I work at Santa Clara Tow Centre and I have visited this store multiple times. Staff is polite and Rosa the manager is a true asset to this business. Not only she is super efficient and friendly she behaves like an owner. A kid was climbing on the refrigerator racks and she hoped parents would say something and finally intervened in a very well spoken way. I wish more managers were like this! Kudo Rosa you definetly deserve a raise for being such a wonderful team leader! By the way the ice cream is yummy and the store is clean. BR please bring back the mango flavor!

Went here about half an hour before closing. The girls working looked so tired but still greeted me with a smile, I really appreciate that. One of the girls made me a delicious banana split!

At Baskin Robbins you can always expect great ice cream. And the people serving were very polite. We usually go here every week.
