I've been working with Maurer Law for a good 3 years (Only because of my situation). Josh is straight forward and let's you know what to expect and the possible outcomes. I feel comfortable with him representing myself. Having bad experiences with other lawyers, Josh has represented accordingly and respectfully. I recommend Josh and his office whenever I can.

When I went into Maurer Law Firm's office, I was unsure what I was getting myself into. His team sat down with me and listened to my situation. They were open and very compassionate while they listened. When Joshua came in, he was very personal. Not only did he want know what my situation was about, he wanted to know who I was. Once he felt comfortable, he told me he would be pleased to represent my family and I in our situation. Joshua explained this would not be a quick case. But he reassured us that his team will be there for us through it all. Joshua guided my family and I for over 3 years. His team provided us updates throughout the entire journey. His advise and guidance helped us to come to a settlement which paid for all my medical bills and for the pian and suffering we endured for the 3 years.

I was in a car accident at 36 weeks pregnant and with my 3 other small children. Another driver crossed into my lane and hit us. Our car was totaled. I am so grateful we all ended up being ok. A couple years ago I was rear-ended in a car accident. At the time I thought I would be fine and started to handle things on my own. The insurance adjuster seemed nice. Then came the debilitating head pain that kept me in bed for days, and not long after, the auto insurance stopped paying for my treatment. I realized this was a bigger issue than I could handle. I searched the internet, reading reviews and was impressed by Maurer Law. I met with Josh and immediately knew I wanted to hire him. He's very compassionate and has had his own injuries he's dealt with, so understood and empathized with my pain and the process. He and his staff explained everything along the way and even came with me to a doctor appointment required by the auto insurance and taped everything said. I spent thousands of my own money trying different treatment as I refused to "live with the pain" as I was told by doctors I'd seen. I finally found treatment that worked and was free of the horrible head pain. Maurer Law reached a very good settlement, keeping me posted and making sure I was happy with the settlement. I've unfortunately been in two rear-end accidents since then and didn't hesitate for a second in calling Maurer Law. I'm able to focus on my treatment and leave the rest to Maurer Law, the professionals that know the in's and out's of insurance companies that look out for themselves. After a car accident, I was at a loss of what to do. The insurance company wasn’t taking my injuries seriously and I felt totally hopeless. Maurer Law was so incredibly helpful. I was led through the steps needed to actually form a case, and suddenly the only thing I had to worry about was recovering from my injuries. The team called for periodic check in’s to see how I was recovering as well as giving updates. Without their help, I likely wouldn’t have been able to continue treatment and may have never recovered full mobility in my arm.
