Fred's appliance referred them to install our new oven at our home. Scheduling was easy, they picked up the oven from Fred's directly, gave us a call the morning of the appointment and they were on time. The install went smooth and they even took the time to help secure and adjust my dishwasher. Would recommend using them.

I ultimately had a great result with tech who did my dishwasher install. The fit was challeningly tight and able to re use existing custom panel. The end result is a better install than what was replaced. Offered good tips for future replacement of some of my other aging appliances.

I read all of the negative reviews and was hesitant to hire J&J, but they were the delivery and installation choice of Fred's Appliance and many local and national stores, so we had them out for a quote. Andy was entirely professional in his estimate and his visit to our home to quote for the installation of a new hooded vent and range. When he came back to install he was careful of our floors, carpets and kitchen, neat and exacting in his work. We couldn't be happier with the look and function of our new appliances and we have Andy and J&J to thank. Andy was timely and stuck to the quote that he had presented to us.

I saw I lot of poor reviews when I checked them out after Fred’s Appliance set them up as an installer for a build in micro wave oven so I was a little apprehensive . Turned out not to be a concern at all, their office staff called me within two hours of ordering the appliance gave me an appointment time and we’re as professional and helpful as any vendor I have dealt with. The installation crew showed up on time and got right to work, they were courteous and very careful to protect counter tops and cabinets as they worked. They finished in job in under 30 minutes and we’re on the way.

We bought a dishwasher from Fred’s ding and dent and these guys did the install. They called the confirm the appointment and explained to me what was going on each step of the process. They were very polite and professional in addition to being patient and kind to my curious little kids. Bill and Ryan were awesome! Had a very positive experience.

We had two of the friendliest guys from J & J come out to our place to install our new fridge and repair some of the old plumbing. They were phenomenal! It is the first time I have had such professionals show up on time, be completely knowledgeable, AND be so friendly. The work was completed quickly, but by the time I left I knew I had found a company I would use for everything going forward. A+ guys!

We purchased a dishwasher from home depot and J&J did the installation. Allen and Tyler showed up early and did a great job. Very professional and showed great attention to detail. Very knowledgeable about the installation and the dishwasher. We give them our highest recommendation.

Bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and had j&j plumbing install very professional staff arrived between the hours they gave me (even though I got a call from there office saying that they were 2 hours behind) and removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one with no problems.

Very quick service, very polite delivery staff. Alex has been out here twice and was incredibly helpful, polite and fast! Amir came out too and was so helpful and kind.

Recommended by Home Depot when we bought our water heater, the installers were friendly, and as I remember, they were on time. However, we now know they weren't very competent.

They improperly installed the pad under the water heater, and now it's off center. It's a large water heater - something we cannot move on our own.

Although it's been a year since the installation, the last water heater sat on a pad properly for more than 10 year. We called to ask them to come out and rectify this, and they said they would come look... FOR A $130 SERVICE CHARGE!!! Plus, they indicated they would likely charge us if they needed to move or replace the pad they improperly installed.

Was looking into a water softner and home depot sent them over. Paid the $75 for the inspection and they told me they would call me back in a few days to schedule an installation appointment. After a couple of weeks I called them to ask about it and was told they would call me the next day. Still waiting on that call back a few weeks later.

My client had a new hot water heater replaced. Tuesday and three days later it didn't work. She tried calling both numbers all day and Friday and no response so she called today. And the receptionist was rather snippy.

This is who Home Depot contracts with. Tried to get water heater with 12 year warranty. They sent high bid and changed the water heater to a six year. When I called we were told the 12 year is special order. I picked different one and they only told me price change. I then realized they were massively up-charging the tank from home depot price and also charging for pick up and delivery. When I asked about the reason for that they immediately quit responding. Thanks a lot

Fred's recommended these people and I will never use them again....I'm even hesitant about Fred's if they recommend a company as disreputable as this one. They told me that there were some "maybes" on the install of our cooktop, then charged for all the maybes even though they didn't do them. Ended up with multiple chips in my Formica and sawdust everywhere and on everything in the kitchen. They didn't even install the cooktop straight the first time....how sad. More sad, I have to give them a one-star rating as zero stars is not an option

You should try to get some other plumber to take on this work or make sure you get the seasoned right team working on your house as Fred’s Appliances only specs them. Some of the team pairs are great and others will leave you stranded with shotty workmanship, BS/lies and management. Not a king ownership. For us it was a disaster, ruined to custom set of walnut dishwasher panels for the front end of a Fischer Paykel DW and we have been dealing with getting them to pay and reinstall for months.

Fred's Appliance set J&J up to install the dishwasher we purchased. On the day of the install, the installer called and left a messsage that he would install between 12 and 3. I tried calling him back, but no answer and no VM box setup. I tried calling two more times to make sure he knew how to get to our house. He never answered. After 3 pm when he didn't show up, I tried calling him again. This time straight to the No VM message. I called the office who told me he couldn't make it because the road was not plowed. This is false. He lied. He never called me again and didn't leave another message. The office didn't call me either. They made no effort to contact me and tell me they couldn't figure out how to get to my house. A simple call is all they needed to make. The road is plowed to the dirt. I get deliveries daily. A simple google maps search routes right to my house on plowed maintained roads. Not sure where he was. Complete incompetence. The office said they rescheduled my install for a week later and would try to get it sooner. Not acceptable. This company will not get my money. I called Fred's and had them set me up with a different company.
