40 Grit Painting

Chris and his crew have painted three houses for me over the years and they all turned out very well. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is very good. I would say I'm pretty frugal so cost is important to me but I believe he lowest bid is not necessarily the best value. I am also a perfectionist and quality of work is important to me. The bottom line is I recommend 40 Grit Painting.

Chris came to give me an estimate on painting the entire inside of my newly purchased house in the Point Richmond are (late 2017). I had 3 other quotes and his was second to lowest. But the main reason that I choose him and his crew was that he was on time for the appointment and had some good suggestions for color. He and the crew took about 4 days to paint the inside (@ 2200 sq ft). This included only one ceiling but it was approximately 18 ft high! I would recommend 40 Grit Painting.

I received quotes from $1500 to $7500. 40 Grit Painting was at the low end for price and high end on a quality job. Rarely am I satisfied with services payed for. This was a refreshing exception. Pain free experience and no shortcuts taken. Was very protective of my new landscape and they left the place clean. Required a call back for small issue and arrived same day to resolve per my satisfaction.

I would like to say thank you for forty Creek painting to being so patient when I had my ups and downs on technique in color. He stood by me made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I definitely taking my time to research an interview a lots of companies in my general area. I also was asked I'm co-workers who knew when I was getting involved with for recommendations if he was good after the job was finished and I showed pictures halfway home before and after and told him about my experience and someone hired him from my job and was as happy as I was when we discussed it at the end. He went out of the way and took off a 12ft section of outdated ugly stones that were attached to my home and replace them with siding to match the rest and made my house look a lot more modern they did a great job I'm very pleased that I hired them.

They did a great job on an unusual task. My pool was in bad shape. Chris went out of his way to do the best job possible without spending a fortune. It looked geat and passed the inspection.

Very professional in all aspects. Hibhly recommended!
