Yin Ranch Events

I got married on 09/22/2023 and cannot express enough how appreciative I was of the Yin Ranch Staff and the vendors on site. It is such a large property with many amazing and romantic sites for ceremony and reception areas. Jennifer allowed my photographer, Rochelle Wilhelms (who had never shot at Yin Ranch before) and myself to walk through the venue to help with the selection of which space(s) I wanted to use for my wedding, as it was at first very overwhelming due to the size of the property. However, the size and different sceneries truly allowed for beautiful pictures! I could not be happier with how my wedding turned out and it is all thanks to Yin Ranch and my amazing vendors. Jennifer allowed me to bring three of my vendors even though they technically were not on their list which was a huge relief for me as I was familiar with their work and wanted them to help create the wedding I envisioned. The wedding was perfect and everyone worked together to ensure the day was more than my husband and I could have ever imagined. It was such a stress free day for me which I was not expecting at all (thanks to my vendors/Yin Staff) which allowed me to enjoy one of the happiest days of my life. If you love romantic, outdoorsy, vineyard vibes..this venue is for you!

Beautiful estate! The estate landscaping is immaculate and well kept. I visited several times. Tranqui is how I describe this well-kept gated community. Yin Ranch is ideal for any even you can imagine (especially weddings, family reunions, team building events/retreats). They offer onsite lodging, and the facilities are clean with updated appliances. Diana gave me a full tour of the facility and showed me all Yin Ranch has to offer. Her service is excellent and far exceeded my expectations.

I LOVE Yin Ranch!!! As a wedding photographer I get to visit some of the coolest venues around the country and this has so many qualities to make your wedding day the best day ever! First, Jennifer is the absolute best! She took us everywhere we needed and even caught a family member that didn't make it to family formals before they left for the night and brought them up top above the vineyard where me and my couple were. The ranch is perfectly laid out and is the perfect scenery for your wedding day! I cannot wait to come back!

We stayed four nights at the Yin Ranch. I have to say that it offers all the amenities we wanted: seclusion, privacy, comfort, and the most importantly, wonderful hosts!

It's Amazingly beautiful gem of a location in Solano County. Great place for large family reunions, corporate events, or weddings. Staff was great to work with and super friendly.

My Family hosted a beautiful and blessed family weekend reunion retreat. It was such a treat. We rented two cottages for lodging and overnight accommodations. The accommodations throughout the weekend were great. There was plenty space, activities and time to enjoy family, nature walks, exploration and meditation,, animals, paddle boats, fishing, Double Dutch, badminton,
fire pit conversation, cousin hosted paint and sip event, all access kitchens for all the cooking we desired. Shopping was not too far to gather and purchase needed food and supplies without compromising the ranch-paradise experience. Our host friend Michelle, is so niiiiice, she was a photographer, concierge, tour guide through the weekend. We enjoyed ourselves and have been on Cloud 9 ever since.

This is the largest and the best private ranch l have ever visited.

Yin Ranch is a hidden beautiful secret place to enjoy a family gathering, reunion and or a wedding. My family enjoyed this picturesque ranch on Jun 17 -19, 2023 hidden in the hills Vacaville California. There were many things for all family members to enjoy including boats rides, various sports and walks throughout the ranch . One of the most important things to me about this ranch was the fact that I/we all felt safe to venture around the ranch. Family members enjoyed the safe SERENITY walks throughout the day and late evening. Our younger members ENJOYED getting to know their peers while enjoying boats rides and the patting zoo.
This ranch was breathtaking. We are planning to come back next year. I urge you all to look at Yin Ranch in Vacaville, this heavenly place for your next family gathering.
Monica Saltiban, Operation Manager, was a very special outstanding host. She was point on for any additional needs are requests. She was very professional and eager to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves,

Beautiful is the best way to describe this venue. Our event is next year but as we are still in planning Jennifer has been superb. A staycation right in your own backyard. The advice and help we have received has been fantastic. Pictures don’t do this place justice so if you are considering an event check out Yin Ranch you will be WOWED!!!
