My wife scheduled the appointment online but employee could not find it on computer. Still, he fit me in quickly, kept me apprised of progress, and the oil change was completed in an expedient manner. Car returned with fresh wash.

The service department was fantastic! They got slammed in the back so my service tech took my car back personally to wash it. When I got in, I was surprised that he had vacuumed as well! Love them! So satisfied purchasing my Kia from them, and every time they service my car it always above and beyond.

My 2016 Sorento is under the engine recall. My engine blew at 3:30 am on my way to work.it had almost 130,000 miles on it.I made it into work had it towed into Vacaville Kia after work. I talked to Jason on the phone that morning he was at the counter when I got there with the tow truck. Everything went very smoothly. I went and got my rental. Jason stayed in contact with me about what was going on every step of the way. As soon as Everything was approved my reman engine came in on a Wednesday and my car was ready on Thursday. I paid up front for rental once Kia approved Everything they covered Everything including the rental. I had forgotten something in my vehicle and went to get it and Jason was kind enough to go get it. I told him about the rental having a fowl smell and he had some freshener sprayed in the rental he did it himself. Thank you for the great service. I'll be in for my 5,000 mile oil change as soon as I reach it. Keep up the good work. Thank You! I love my KIA

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The front staff were very attentive and friendly. They provided a Lyft so I could get to work, and a link to get a ride back. Excellent service great experience.

It’s nice to know that there’s still dealership out here that are reliable and helpful. I had the best experience and interaction with Max. We live about an hour away and have other dealerships closer, but this is where we’re coming to get our car. Their customer services are unmatched and no other dealership will beat their price, don’t waste your time elsewhere, just come here.

Service department was great. Not only did they fix my car, they washed it and offered me a ride home while it was being repaired. What a nice treat! Many other car dealerships have cut those luxuries.

I drove all the way from the east bay to buy a new car, and came back to get my first service here. Small sedan problems! Hard to find small cars these days. Very happy with my new Forte and everyone here has been very nice & professional. The service took a bit longer than expected which was a bummer waiting around. But ultimately no big deal.
