We are very happy. Our leasing was handled wonderfully by Barbra and she went above and beyond for us. Whats more out maintenance has been handled timely by tommy and he's been a big help. This place is well worth renting.

Ms. Allison Scott is a God sent. She was so welcoming and made the transition so easy. These apartments have beautiful appliances and are newly renovated. It’s a hidden gem and such a central location. Ms Allison runs the location and is very personable with the residents. Happy !

I've lived at Park Blu for almost 6 months, and I love it here. Sarah in the leasing office is amazing she has always been so nice and helpful with anything I need help with, and Will the maintenance guy does an awesome job, the property always looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area!

I just moved in to ParkBlu from a house. I was thinking an apartment would be dissatisfying compared to where I was living. NOT! I LOVE it here! My apartment is quiet and peaceful. The management (Sarah and Josh) are great and responsive to people's needs. Everything has been remodeled beautifully. The property is newly landscaped and is clean and well-maintained. Pets are welcome and there are pet areas for pottying. A nice walk around the complex too. I couldn't be happier.

I’ve seen this place way back when it was owned by another management company. Now it is so different and actually beautifully remodeled. Took a tour a few weeks back with Priscilla who is very nice and accommodating Thank you Priscilla for being so patient with us and kudos to you for answering all our questions. You are very helpful and sincere! That is very rare these days.

I went there to inquire about a rental and spoke with Sara Miller who was extremely helpful and took her time to go over all my concerns and what to expect. I highly recommend dealing with her directly if you have the choice.

I’ve been at Renew Park Blu since 2014 when it was still Willow Brook. The transition has pros and cons. Rent increased which is unavoidable unfortunately. And although the property got a much-needed facelift, the quality is lacking. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and functionality of appliances and fixtures. The appliances are sub par at best and require too frequent service. The plumbing is average, and the caulking in the shower/tub lasts no longer than a year. Despite these discrepancies, overall Renew Park Blu is a good community and for the price is as good as it can get with rent increases being out of control. The interim staff as the company transitioned was rough but the most recent and current staff is excellent. I am disappointed with the availability of the office personnel as they are seldom at this property. I love that there are 2 pools except it is not a gated community so too often non residents use the pool. Aside from occasional theft of packages and some of the landscaping needing work the exterior of the complex is good. Overall, I would recommend Renew Park Blu.

It is a little pricey for the area. But it is quiet and it is a roof over my head.
Due to COVID-19 all of the amenities have been unavailable which makes it really overpriced.

We've been here for 2 years and in that time span we have had issues since day 1. They cancelled our original move in date while I was pregnant and didn't call to tell us. They lied about towing services. Failed to to a property inspection when we first moved in. Then we had issues with water from our tub not draining and also spilling into the downstairs kitchen the first few days. The place was crawling with roaches we soon learned. And now mold has been growing in our upstairs bathroom. Nothing has been done. Our maintenance requests are frequently ignored or marked as complete when they haven't been. We have to call frequently to get them to put another one in or else it doesn't get done. If you want to move here I highly highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I wont recommend the properties managed by this company. Accounting is not perfect. I had vacated in Feb 20 2024 out of my apt in Renew Park Blu Building E and they charged whole February month in autopay on Feb 02. They also charged me again for 20 days from my security deposit. No clear explanation and refund. Nobody is answering my call. It is mental stess for me. I planning to sue them in court

Every inch of this place, inside the walls, the ceiling, the floor, the drains and the lights is infested with cockroaches. I complained to management for months and they did nothing. I contacted them multiple times and made multiple work orders over 5 months. They did nothing and ignored me.

DUMP. stay away! Over price, undervalue, dirty. Place is a mess. Homeless loitering and fighting outside my door. Management especially a bunch of no good for nothing lousy scamming JOKERS. STAY AWAY!
