I love this park. Well maintained and clean, nice trails, easy access to the river, and there's an abandoned train track and bridge that goes through the forest! I got some very unique photos here and spent a good 2+ hours just wandering the trails with my best friend, and we still only saw a small portion of what this park has to offer. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful hike highly recommended, easy and majestic. I wish it had a map for the paths or perhaps some directions aids when you get multiple paths. All the park was clean and people applied social distancing. One part of the path was completely flooded and made me go back. It's a must hike!

This place is awesome. The trails are well-maintained and the views of the river are stunning. The water looks so clear I actually drank from it. Good idea? Only time will tell. There's nice areas to park in there's plenty of shade there's grassy areas with lots of sun. If I could give this place 10 Stars instead of 5 I would. The other people I encountered were friendly and were able to control their dogs. The picnic area is really nice also. There's one down in the trail area at one of the trailheads and there's a covered picnic area at the South End of the park.

I came to Monroe for COVID-19 vaccine, and after that, I decide to do a short walk nearby before I feel comfortable to drive home. This place is very close to the vaccine place and easy to walk, I love the river with the view of mountains.

Beautiful place, the road to get to this spot could definitely use some work, huge holes. One can walk across the river without being swept away from the current (unless you go where it’s the strongest). There’s also options to float down the river, I’ve done it on multiple occasions. If you’re planning on swimming, make sure it’s at least 80 degrees and you’ll be fine :) There’s a lot of different spots one can be at if you just walk along the trail that’s next to the river. Very dog friendly, there’s shallow and deeper areas.

Loved this little park. Great access to the river and nice established trees. The river forced silt and dirt all over the pathways which was neat to see.

Underrated river park. Lovely places all along the river for a picnic and to cool off by the river. Not too many swimming holes but the water is cold and most people don't swim in cold water.

An oasis of rest and play for you, your dog, and your senses. Super clean restroom, beautiful views, easy on and off from the roadways, and just a wonderful park.

No amenities, except One small picnic area. Very large big leaf maples throughout the park. Plenty of accessible trails, and access to skykomish river bank. Big park. Wild.

Great park, not a lot of people there, trails to explore, just a great park. Only complaint is there are homeless people living there (I think), I've never seen any, but there are some supposedly

Parking lot is a little bit shady but, it’s on the edge of Monroe so that’s expected. Good river access and many trails.

One word; stunning! Al Borlin Park is a beautiful woodland space with well maintained gravel paths and offers easy access to the river. Dogs are welcome (must be on a leash) and you can easily be distracted by the beauty, wildlife, and silence that Al Borlin park offers anytime of the year.

This is a nice local park kinda hidden. Besides the few vagrance that don't bother you. It's clean, no needles and no crack pipes. I do not recommend leaving your kids to run off but with guidance a fun place to explore. Great for pictures.
