Freeway Storage

I have been a renter with Freeway Storage for 5 years. I have been impressed with the management many times throughout the years. They ALWAYS:

- work patiently and kindly with me on billing issues
- treat me with friendliness and fairness
- answer the phone

I recently viewed my storage unit - after 5 years. I found my stored items to be in excellent condition - no sign of rodents, mildew or any type of water damage (my unit is on the ground level). I am comforted in knowing they are maintaining their facilities very well. I would recommend Freeway Storage to everyone.

All was good rented a unit then 2 units left one to my daughter n 10yrs later figure get rid of it n down size on everything lol old and new management was amazing gabe me a great deal n we moved everything in a couple loads kyla the manager on site was a great help very friendly I would give a lot more then five stars if I could lol thanks

If I need it again I would come back great customer service.

I've had a unit here for just over a year. I don't have any complaints. The people that work in the office are friendly and willing to help when you need it. The unit is reasonably priced for the size we have. The hours are fine. Could be open until 10 but what's 1 hour. You have the option of paying your bill online but if you're unable to do that you can pay over the phone at no charge.
We lost the key to our lock once, and they have a maintenance man on-site who used his grinder tool to cut the lock off for us on the spot, again at no charge.
They offer U-haul rentals, but I believe they only have 1 or 2 trucks so you'd probably want to reserve the truck well in advance.
We've been very pleased with our experience this far. We live just up the block so the location is very convenient for us.

VERY affordable. Love this place, just wished it was more secure in the interior of the buildings. Does have a ramp accessible for large items. Does have gates, barb wire, and cameras, also 24/7 attendant i believe.

Hallie made this an easy transaction. Did everything over the phone. I was able to just go straight to my unit with no contact. She left the lock inside. Thank you for making this so easy.

This is by far the best storage unit I've ever used. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus the amount of space you get for the price is great.
