I had been living in Lake Stevens for 2 years and im sad I never had gone to this place before for oil changes or any type of maintenance! This place is super detailed in checking your vehicle out! Kyler is super cool and honest. Detailed Photos were taken and estimates were given and what I value most about this place is their genuine honesty. Definitely check this place out! Estimates may seem high but you will pay for top tier work done!

Lake Stevens Automotive got me in the next day to do an alignment on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate beforehand and sent me a text message with their findings after the evaluation was completed. I approved the work via text message and the alignment was done promptly. The staff was super nice and pricing was good. I will definitely return to them if/when I need more work done on my vehicles.

Needed new low beam light on our Subaru Outback. They gave me a quote for one light and a quote for two lights installed. Work was done on time as I waited for the car. Good job. Thanks.

Took my car in and they did a brake job and engine belt change out. Service was outstanding. Brakes work perfect. Plan on doing more recommended maintenance later. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good mechanic at a fair price. Five star service.

These guys are great, they helped diagnose a problem with my car and even helped me get my vehicle towed back to the dealership. I would’ve had it repaired with them had it not been so expensive and the fact that my vehicle was covered under a three-year warranty.

I needed an oil change. Had great communication so I could get in there and get it done quickly. They always have done a wonderful job servicing our cars. Highly recommend.

5 Stars are for their autoTech Shawn Smith!! -> when our Mazda’s belt broke, he had a new one installed and our car ready to go in record time. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our sudden emergency. We will be taking our car & truck to Shawn at Lake Stevens Automotive for all future maintenance.

Wow! These guys know how to treat a customer. We came in and my daughters car was on its last leg and we brought it in and they got in it immediately. They gave me an estimate for all of the repairs that needed to be done. They sat with me and explained what needed to be done now and what could wait and in what order to get them done! Long story short we got a few repairs and for my daughter 16th birthday we got everything fixed. We set an appointment for Monday to drop it off and it was ready that Wednesday by noon! I jokingly asked if they had already ordered the parts and was waiting for us to come back! They had gotten all the parts and made us a priority (my daughters birthday was the next week!) would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Kind personable and some humor as well!

I reached out to this company because I noticed a weird smell in my car and they were able to get me in the same day! Kylar helped me out and after diagnosing my car - they found out it was nothing serious (something I had in my car causing smell 😅) and they didn’t charge me which is such a honest nice thing to do!
