I can’t thank Margaret & Amanda enough for their expertise in helping Barry & me find the perfect home in west Petaluma. I’ve been in the real estate business for 23 years & know good realtors when I see them. Their knowledge of the local market, availability, & local resources are undeniable.

Selling or buying home at any point is no 'piece of cake'...especially in today's market. We've known Margaret and Amanda for 30 years and there is no better word than "Professionalism" to describe this dedicated team. What does professionalism and dedication mean? It means staging, photographing, listing, getting inspections done AHEAD of time and closing in less than 30 days!!! All this, despite the buyer's agent being on vacation nearly the entire time....leaving this all up to Margaret and Amanda on both ends of the deal. Experience pays off and despite several bumps, that might have set many 'less' experienced agents astray, we closed ON TIME, ON THE MONEY and with the best real estate team in the area. Be choosey...this is a big decision, so go w/the best. You'll be glad, like we are, that you did.

It was amazing working with Amanda Sandoval and the Kent and Sandoval team. I don’t think we would have found a house in the market today without them. When we decided to look into buying our first home, my wife and I were a little nervous about getting into the market, especially during such uncertain times with COVID-19. With very few houses available, it seemed as if it would be rough waters on our search. Luckily for us however, we chose the team of Amanda Sandoval and Margaret Kent to guide us through!! Not only were they there every step of the way, they helped us get our top choice of homes, despite there being FOURTEEN offers! Yes. 14!! As first time homebuyers we obviously had a lot of questions and they were extremely quick to respond to anything we brought up. We had to make a lot of decisions during the home buying process, but we were always able to speak with Amanda and Margaret to figure out what would be the best option for us. We’ve heard a lot and read a lot about the hot housing market and how competitive it can be. In the end it felt like Amanda navigated us through the entire process while somehow shielding us from any of the insanity you hear about.

The entire process was extremely smooth. She listened to what we were looking for very intently and everything we looked at was within the realm of what we had in mind. She kept her ear to the ground constantly and always kept us in the loop. She answered every single one of the 1,000 questions we asked with honesty and grace. She was our biggest advocate, beyond the shadow of a doubt, whenever it was required throughout the process.

We ended up finding the perfect home that has everything we wanted and then some, in relatively short order, within our price range.
