Clover Springs Preserve

At first the asphalt road leading up to the tanks might seem uninspiring, but once you get to the tanks and start on Clark's Trail it will soon become magical. It's quiet and a nice easy uphill hike. Coming down take the Tank Trail and enjoy the beautiful wooded areas.

A great little place to hike in cloverdale!! They're developing a nice array of trails to explore either on foot or on a bicycle.

I'm a local and I absolutely love this hike. Looking for something easy? Moderate? Difficult?

This spot has all sorts of trails to meet the level you're at with hiking experiences. Look at the map for reference once you get there. Dog friendly, take 1 bottle of water, and a cellphone to take pictures of the town's scenic view. The only downside is that the trails are not marked clearly but if you do the whole trail it should be about 3 miles, 1 1/2 hrs.

Clover Springs Preserve is a great place to visit if you like hiking or just a stroll to connect with nature, walk your dog or just get out of the house. Well maintained trails and great views. Theres even a cave. A treasure in our own back yard.

Nice dog friendly loop hike, great for short evening walks. If you hang right you can follow the trail up to the water towers and down the paved road back to the trailhead.
