Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This review is long overdue! I would like to thank the Manager for Rohnert Park Enterprise, Promise for the amazing service. He helped me get all the information I needed and answer emails on a timely manner. The rental car that was given to us was very clean and up to the standard that we want and served us well during the 2 weeks. I will surely recommend this location if you need rental cars.

I rented a car for more than a week provided by my insurance. I want to say that I felt supported and welcomed since I arrived. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. Particularly Mr. Promise who processed the car super fast, made the experience fun and easy and i was driving my car in minutes!

It’s awesome to see people who care and are intentional to make an experience for their customers so pleasant considering I was just in an accident a few days back.

Also returning the car was so easy, they have drop off outside office hours super straightforward. Makes it easy for ppl who are on a 9-5 schedule from work. It helped me a lot.

Promise was very helpful. I had a reservation, but the car I was expected to get needed some unexpected work. Promise was able to call around and get a car delivered. It took a little time, but I was happy to have a resolution and an upgrade.
While I waited, I watched everyone work so hard to make sure they could keep customers happy. There is a rental car shortage, but the different locations seem to all work well together to keep everyone on the road.

I've been to this location twice so far and I will return again for the third time, fourth and so on. My reservations have been ready to go even before I have. And Promise Sydney was very patient with my lack of preparedness. I would recommend a raise for him, because he makes an effort to put you at ease and makes the transition from entrance to driving away very smooth and calming.

The people who helped me both in Rohnert Park, CA and Mountain Home, AR made everything very easy for me. The car ran great during my cross country trip. If I need another rental I'll be going to enterprise. Great customer service.

Went to pick up car and it was short staffed ( like so many businesses today) but service rep handled procedure very professional and friendly. Car was spotless when picked up.

I have had car troubles the past 3 weeks, and have rented through the Robert Park Enterprise. Easy to use the app to reserve the cars. Clean fun vehicles friendly staff. Thank you for keeping me going while my car repair were made. I will rent again just for the fun of it.

SUPERB service at this Rohnert Park location! My husband didn't get the guy's name who picked him up (((used to be a cook in the Coast Guard))) but he said he was really nice.
Then, since our flight leaves early in the morning, Amanda went above and beyond to help us out with the return.

This place is amazing they took good care of me. The branch manager is so nice so caring. He will help you out and he will make sure you are taking care of I would recommend this place to anyone.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good selection of vehicles and well priced. After-hours drop off available, which is quite convenient. Will definitely use this location again for my rental needs.

In Rohnert Park, Amanda and Bobby are great (not related to either), find them to be helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent representatives for Enterprise. Cars are always clean, well maintained, and on time. Highly recommend.

I recently needed a weekend rental three weekends in a row. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly.
No problems with the cars,pick up and drop off or customer service.

Sara and Danielle are Amazing!! The branch is small but they are worth the wait because they offer the best customer service.
