Sunwest Automotive Repair

Sunwest Automotive Repair is by far the best repair shop I have ever experienced. My family broke down with a wheel bearing issue at around 5pm passing through on the interstate to a destination in Priest River Idaho. After a melancholy of events we stopped at a Denny's we met a few people that directed us to a tow outfit named Evergreen State Towing that would hook up a 1 ton diesel and 5th wheel, The Tow company recommended Sunwest as a repair shop. We knew at this time 850'ish there was no other choice. We were towed way off our travel plan route trusting the locals. We arrived at Medical Lake parked beside a hardware store for the night to sleep in the camper, just hoping that the phone calls were made on our behalf for the repairs. New town, new people and new surroundings in the complete dark, we found out that we were not misdirected.

The next morning to our surprise the repair shop was right next door. When I went in and introduced myself to the person, I think her name was Kim, she knew what we had been through the night before. I had explained what had happened and she said the repairs would be done and we should be on our way by noon. I was shocked as our plans had added another day or two to the itinerary. Two wheel bearings and ABS sensors for a Dodge Diesel pickup in one afternoon in a small town in Washington? Impossible in a much larger town of Nampa Idaho! Thank you Sunwest for taking care of us and the very short visit in your town.

Very honest people ive spent thousands on a different shop and my issue never been fixed until i took my car to sunwest. I really like how they treat people and try to help all the customers as soon as they can.

Truck was making bad noises. They diagnosed and when i called to check,in the man I talked with was rude. Then the second guy called with quote and I asked more questions. They did not match up to the first guy. They gave me a quote and a time frame that was a not bad. But was able to find the part in a close town. After They said there is none. Very frustrating! Felt like they lied. Took it to a diferent shop. Wish they had better customer Servious!
