The staff was very friendly and kind as I was having a very rough day so I had been crying and my makeup definitely showed that. I apologized profusely but they weren’t even worried about it. They were so kind and nice to me. Same with Dr. Garcia. Super kind, understanding, and listened to my questions and helped me understand the next steps. Thanks to everyone there! See you in 6 weeks!

The nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing! Very kind and patient and by the time I left I was not in pain and they figured out what was wrong. Was kind of a long wait from the time I got there to the time I was able to leave but other than that no complaints at all. My husband had to work and then stay home with the kids so I was on my own, sat there, crying in tears, and they made me feel welcome, and took very good care of me.

Dr. Burt was great! He took the necessary time with me to really hear all my symptoms, discussed with me what his plan was going forward and addressed any questions I had. Overall great experience. Also the staff was super friendly and kind.

My husband Gary was taken in yesterday for a cardioversion done by Dr. Mohar. From the minute we were taken in to the nurses station until he was wheeled out to the car his treatment by every single person was outstanding. His main nurse, David, outdid himself in Garys' care, he was kind, thoughtful and attentive and made both of us relax about the procedure. Everyone else was kind and treated Gary like they were interested in his comfort and well being. It was an extremely good experience for having to have your heart shocked into rhythm.

The staff, nurses and doctors were exceptional in their duties by constantly watching over me to ensure the best care was provided. The work ethic and empathy they displayed was unmatched considering that the ER was full to capacity and more. Thank you to all the Team at Rideout! You’re amazing!

I went into radiology for a CT scan and Chest X ray, and the woman that did the CT scan was extremely friendly and very helpful. Then I had to get blood work and an EKG, and, again, everyone was very nice. The blood work results were on the app an hour later, and I am ready to schedule surgery.

I went into the emergency room for stomach pain that I had for 8+ hours. If there was a complaint it would be the time waiting just because of the amount of pain I was in, but waiting is certain at every ER. Once I was taken back the staff was very proactive, from the nurses to the doctors they were so attentive and great with communicating. I ended up needing to have emergency surgery on my appendix, couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Pearlstein. She kept my family and I updated the whole way, very caring and I could tell she’s great at what she does. This is the second positive experience I’ve had here, the first time not directly dealing with me but my mom, in the summer of 2022 she had a life threatening infection the nurses and doctors saved her life. So again with my recent experience I have nothing but good things to say about the whole staff, top to bottom. God bless the men and women in that hospital who are saving lives daily.

I expect to spend 3 to 4 hours in the ER, so 3.5 hours was good. I went to urgent care, clinic and my primary car physician first. The ER checked my platelets so, sigh, the cancer isn't back. I could have avoided the ER if anyone else would have just checked my platelets. I'm changing my clinic. Thank you Adventist Rideout, I'm sorry we couldn't have constructed a larger lobby for our ER. I've never seen standing room only, but clearly it happens, it's like being on a bus.

Adventist and health and Rideout. I have been seen at the hospital 9 times this year and every time I was treated so well like family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Snider has been very kind and has reduced my hip 3 times and treated me for phnmonia twice this year. Your nurses are the strength behind you hospital. Thank you so much. I'm very grateful. I went into the ER and because I passed out in triage. They immediately transferred me to a room and everyone was awesome.
They admitted me into the main hospital. The Doctor, RN’s and RNAs assigned to me were awesome! Kudos to Abby my daytime RN and Maria my night time RN. The doctors I interacted with were great as well,

We were rushed to rideout to the labor and delivery for pregnancy complication. Dr Ferguson and our nurse Jacklyn made the whole stressful experience a lot more easier to navigate. I cannot say enough good things about the labor and delivery and nursery departments, absolutely amazing.

I had a very good experience at the hospital and all of the staff were very helpful and professional! My procedure went smoothly and my results were awesome, I feel physically so much better. I was so happy to be able to have a family member with me before and after my procedure. I really loved the comfy and warm blankets that I asked for! Everyone did a wonderful job! Thank you!

Staff was better than usually even with a full E.R. , X-ray technician was very skilled at describing how I should move to get good results and be in position for x-rays . Lobby could be larger with larger walkway spacing betwen seating considering the intersection like appearance and operation of this wing of the hospital.

Wonderful care during my ER visit and Rideout Hospital stay after a fall on Christmas Eve that left me with a broken wrist and many bruises. The Surgeon came in on Christmas Day and repaired my open wound break. Thank you everybody for your comforting support.

Had a great experience for being the day before Christmas the lobby was relatively empty, the ER team up front was great seemed genuinely concerned and I only had to sit there a couple hours which was fine it could have been a lot worse. I haven't seen my bill yet but in the end I walked out of there happy thank you.

I went to Adventist Health and Rideout for an out patient angiogram. It was a great experience! The nurses and Dr Mohar are all champions and made the experience very good and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Very professional staff and very caring. I am proud of our little community hospital.

Always the best!! Even tho test take for ever to read hehe iknoww its not doctors fault 💜 the doctors are always so nice and very helpfull and understanding!!! Came here for a horrible pain turned out to be an awful infection in my intestines they were so helpful to understand my pain gave me antibiotics and pain medication and so far im doing better at home resting pain was 10/10 when I arrived now that I’ve been taking my meds pain still there but its more like 3/10 💜 thanks to the amazing doctors!

Everyone was very wonderful. I was in straight heaven. Everyone taking care of me. Yes the wait was long but they would always saying sorry about the wait. Once I was everyone was worried that my blood was low and asking detailed questions trying to find a best way of helping me.

I had an excellent experience here at right out. The nurses and doctors were so professional and courteous. I recommend coming here for your health care needs.
