Please save your self some time of searching for a realtor and just see Victor! He is amazing and very personable! He truly cares to get you what you want! He has a very quick response time! Does not matter what time of day it is, he will respond! He is on top of his game and trust me he knows what he is doing! Literally every house we went to he knew either the sellers or the realtor at a personal level which makes negotiating so much easier. First off I want to start by saying, THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart Victor. You truly changed my outlook on what I envisioned the home buying experience to be. When I first started looking, I'm sure I was like everyone else when it comes to buying a home for the first time. Being beyond nervous, scared, hesitant , and definitely not trusting of a realtor. After several months of looking and being discouraged by several realtors, I happened to be at a grocery store, and started making small talk with a man who little did i know would end up making my lifelong dream come true. Victor was very easy going and after several minutes talking in line he handed me his business card and at that time I felt I finally could trust a realtor, due to his character he showed and professionalism in the little time we had . Fast forward, within a week he showed me two listings, which out of those two, I loved one. Best part was when Victor called me and met me to hand me a generous gift and had this smile on his face, me wondering "why's this guy smiling and why the gift!" well this man gave me the keys to my home after.
