Holiday Inn Express & Suites Turlock-Hwy 99, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were okay. The first room we got the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them up front and they were supposed to have maintenance take a look at it. Came back 4 hrs later and it was hot there was another person at the reception desk told her what was going on and she promptly gave us another room. Had to move our things to another floor but at least had air conditioning that worked. Great location close to highway and shopping centers

Darius was AMAZING!!! GREAT service by that man at all times he worked. We had a 4 night stay and Darius made us comfortable the entire time. My son and grand kids live here and there is no other place we will be staying. Thank you Darius for your kindness and service!!! 🙏

I've stayed at a few hotels in my travels, but this place just reset the bar. The room itself was perfect. It was extremely clean, and smelled just so. The bathroom was impeccably clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable and was exactly as advertised. I even had a hot continental breakfast which was absolutely delicious. I could not have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be using Holiday Inn in future travels. I highly highly recommend staying at this hotel especially this location. Honestly if I could give more than five stars I would.

This is, by far, the best Holiday Inn Express experience I have had. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the area was nice with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. I have to give special recognition to David at the front desk. We drove for 29 hours to this destination and went to bed very early in the evening after arriving. We woke up extremely early (3 am) and went downstairs to walk around. David offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee even though breakfast wasn't served until 6:30 am. He made a pot of coffee fresh for us every morning of our 5 night stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here every time I come to this area.

Excellent! First off, I am not the type of person who will review a place you unless It surpassed my expectations or had a bad experience. The holiday inn in Turlock is hands down a 5-star stay. I AM HUGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees here have some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. This place honestly should receive one of those hotel awards. I stay in hotels a lot due to work, and by far, this one when it comes to customer service has been the best I have ever encountered. Don't take my word for it check them out yourself. Oh and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

The staff was the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever experienced. They were very happy, positive, and always greeted me with a smile, a hi how are you and a have a good day. The breakfast area was very clean, good food and well organized. Tge employee attending the food area was very friendly and quickly attended to my requests. The front desk and cleaning crew also responded quickly and satisfied all my requests. It was a wonderful stay. The staff working tgst weekend should be commended.
The hotel is also in an excellent location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and a starbucks. I mean hundreds of feet. No need to hassle with driving.

This hotel is constantly busy and I had to wait till past three to have access to check in. When I was finally able to check in, the room I was given was on the first floor. I have some restrictions that made being on the ground floor uncomfortable for me and I went to the front desk to ask for another room. The staff and management went above and beyond to give me a room on the 3rd floor. I'll always be grateful to them for that. Kind people, kind of small and not the most upscale place but good location.

Since we had a room reserved checking in was a breeze. Room was as expected. The beds are super comfortable great night sleep. Breakfast bar was delicious. The sausage patties and eggs were freshly made.

Front desk was extremely friendly when I checked in and helped point me in the direction for something to eat late at night. The bed was extremely comfortable, pillows were great too. Its close to a bunch of restaurants and a shopping center. Easy to get to right off the highway as well.

Ended up here after my plan to stay in Modesto was promptly called off after seeing that Modesto was quite a scary place. The staff was very helpful, rooms very clean and location is more than ideal. It's directly off a main thoroughfare and is centrally located around a lot of shopping. My only gripe is the lack of a mini fridge. Otherwise, it's an excellent place to stay with an excellent location!

Rooms are great spacious beds are comfortable TV is definitely a good size the staff is very accommodating and it’s in walking distance you know if convenient stores gas stations rancho San Miguel grocery store very satisfied when I stay here

Pleasant clerk at check in. Facility and rooms were clean. Located in a pretty busy area but I would come here again if needing a room in Turlock.

This Hotel is VERY clean, very hospitable, great environment, and not to mention comfy beds, and stellar breakfast (for being free), seriously the best hot breakfast around!! The beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious especially the biscuits. The best stay ive had so far on my vacation.

I stay here when I'm in Turlock, very friendly staff, clean hotel with nice rooms and amenities, when Covid isn't around. But even with the pandemic they made sure everything was clean and safe for us staying there.
