I went in today to have my camera and lens cleaned and serviced and was fully expecting to have to leave it there but the owner, Scott Nielsen, had the time and took care of it right there while I waited. It didn't take long either. I've known Scott for over 20 years and he always gives excellent service. He is the only factory trained and certified camera repair guy in the tri-county area. He is also an excellent photographer. He has a huge studio on site and also does events and schools. Scott is the real deal. He's honest and if for some reason he cannot help you, he will point you in the direction of someone who can. I highly recommend checking out Nielsen Photographic Services for whatever your camera or photographic needs may be.

Scott is awesome! I needed some work done to my 6D and 70-200 first gen, which Canon doesn’t even service. To top it off, I needed them back for a wedding a week later. Scott got everything done, my Canon is tack sharp again, and his prices are more than reasonable for a CERTIFIED professional camera repair shop. You have a small fortune invested in your gear. Don’t trust it with anyone else!

I brought in some older cameras I had acquired recently. The shop owner was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the problems each one had, And their value. Not much by the way! Lol
