What a top-notch dental office! During my recent visit, I was seen by Cassie and Dr. Ross, both whom were very professional and friendly. I love coming here for all of my dental work; the spa options and beverage bar are incredible amenities to help create a comfortable atmosphere. Complimentary nitrous oxide has been offered during more invasive procedures, as patient comfort is a top priority here. Everyone should switch to Simonds!!

Best experience EVER! This is coming from an individual with extensive dental history/trauma which has caused EXTREME dental anxiety. I learned about this practice from a mom's group friend Kassi who works as a hygienist here. She was so sweet to ask questions before I was even scheduled to help get the right providers for my needs.

From the moment I entered Simonds dental office I was greeted very warmly by the front end staff that made me feel like family. They also greeted me at the end very warmly and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving their office.

Amie is a BEYOND amazing hygienist in her skills, knowledge, teaching and bedside manner. She sat down and really listened and asked amazing follow up questions to learn more about my history. She made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning by her bedside manner, paraffin wax, warm neck wrap and free nitrous. Amie explained everything she was doing and what she is looking for and assessing. This was the first experience I had where someone did teaching of what they are monitoring and what is normal/not normal.

Dr. Ross was equally AMAZING. He sat down and listened to my history as well. He provided ideas of avenues to pursue for nerve pain management. He took time out of his busy day to call a specialist in the Tri Cities to give them a heads up of my case. He also encouraged me to come back if I ever need more help with referrals. While talking to him it was like talking to a family member who truly cares about my health. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. He provided great recommendations like getting pain addressed before getting treatment for gum recession.

I truly wish I would have found this office 4 years ago when I started having dental issues. They have listened to me. They have found a issue that 3 other dental offices could not. I feel like someone finally took me seriously when I said that a root canal did not feel right after it was done.
Dr. Ross is super gentle when working in your mouth. I normally walk out of dental offices with my mouth hurting and feeling uncomfortable, but so far both times I feel completely fine walking out. I highly recommend them.

I got Zoom done for the first time to whiten my teeth before my wedding. Heather was amazing during the entire process! She was so friendly (as everyone always is here) and made sure to explain each step so I knew what to expect. She was attentive and patient and helpfully answered all my questions. People are always shocked when I say I love going to the dentist, as that is not typically others’ response about any kind of appointment. But I truly love being there, catching up with the staff, and being pampered all while getting my teeth cleaned. I always brag about Simonds Dental group being the best dentist in town, and I really mean it.

Simonds Dental Group is hands down one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. Even living out of WA now, I miss this group, especially my hygienist. They have super friendly staff and are one of the most modern facilities around. They definitely know how to take care of their patients and keep preferences in mind for a one of a kind experience.

Who likes going to the dentist? Ahhh NOBODY! If your new to the area and looking for a dentist or your not sure about the one you have, go see Dr. Simonds and his team of professionals, you'll be glad you did! At 55, I've had a lifetime of dental experiences with my military career and post retirement. Best experience: upper wisdom teeth pulled by an older and experienced Navy Captain in 20 minutes. Worst experience: Aspen Dental said I had 9 cavities once, and like an idiot I let them do the work instead of getting a second opinion. Best experience: Dr. Simonds had to fix Aspens mess, over 3 hours and 2 separate visits. The last thing you want is a dentist who moonlights in construction. I swear I've had dentist who think thier operating industrial power equipment instead of sensitive dental instruments. Simonds Dental is everything you want a dentist to be!

I highly recommend Simonds Dental Group - always friendly, always fantastic customer service and everyone does a great job. I have seen multiple people there over the years and every single one has been great. I have never had such a great experience going to the Dentist until my family signed up with Simonds. They are truly amazing and anyone considering choosing a dentist should definitely feel more than comfortable signing up with Simonds. They are amazing!

The facility is clean and welcoming. The front of house is great at scheduling my next appointments and explaining what I'm being charged for. I've only had one hygienist but she's always been amazing. Makes sure to explain things that she's doing and listens well to any issues I'm having. Dr. Simon himself is pretty great as a dentist. Some of the other Dr.s could use a little more gentleness and/or listening skills but even the worst one I had wasn't bad.

I have been going to this office for about 11 years and have always been treated professionally and with kindness. The staff always provides outstanding service and does it with great care. I could not ask for a better office for all my dental needs! Thank you for all you do!

Everyone at Simonds is absolutely wonderful! Over the years I have seen Dr. Merriield, Dr. Roper, Dr. Ross, and Dr. Simonds - all are kind, caring, and excellent at what they do. Tami and the staff are always super friendly and professional, as well. I've had some traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists, but I trust Simonds completely and am so thankful to have found them!

We just moved to the Liberty Lake, WA and were so pleased to find such a welcoming and kind dental office to attend to our needs in our new location. Everyone in the reception area was so kind. My dental tech was excellent - kind and caring - Dr. Simonds was very kind and helpful. My husband and I are so glad we found such a great pace so close to our new home!

I've been going for dental checkups and treatments to Simonds Dental Group for years. I love the staff. The Dentists, Hygienists, Tammy and all the staff are professional, courteous, and always perform excellent work. I appreciate their caring customer service, humor, smiles, and positive attitudes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for a high quality dental experience.

Have been using Simonds Dental for several years. Service has always been prompt and good. The staff, hygienist and doctors are friendly. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I rarely (maybe never) wait for more than 5 minutes. Dental care has been good, I really only have experience with Dr. Roper but she has been great. She is very personable and takes time to explain the crazy details I ask about. She is a great dentist.

Everyone at Simonds Dental Group is just awesome. They take into account that most people do not like to go to the dentist, so they have created a spa-like atmosphere. A patient is offered a paraffin treatment, a warm neck roll and several other things that make you feel pampered - all for free. This makes a visit to Simonds dental office a relaxing experience. Oh, and they take real good care of your teeth.

I've been going to Simonds Dental Group for 7 months now and HIGHLY recommend them. I have had two cleanings and one visit for fillings. I would not go anywhere else! They are so friendly, thorough and really take their time to make sure your teeth are well cared for and that you are comfortable throughout the entire visit. I love Simonds Family Dental! My husband, my two boys and myself all go here! The staff is very friendly and definitely makes my boys feel comfortable during their appointments. They don't do work that isn't needed and they do a great job when it is!
