Josh and Morgan are the best!!! They are very hard workers! We know they are extremely busy, however, they drop everything to help you in every possible way.
They are honest and sincere. Thank you for helping these two "oldies" with 2 new E bikes. We couldn't be happier. We're so glad we found Mojo!!!

We needed a particular bike rack, and Morgan made it happen. Not only did he get it in-stock within 24 hours, he put it together for us! All while treating us like we were his best buddies. Super friendly shop, and well worth the drive for us. Oh yeah... they have a nice inventory, and from what I've heard, they're great techs, too!

My experience at Mojo Cyclery was great. Morgan and Josh were thoughtful, patient and let me ride all the bikes they had at my price point and size. After test riding multiple bikes for write a while, I told them I would come back another time, and they were super understanding about it. I checked out a few other places around Spokane but no other place had the selection or customer service like at Mojo. I just wanted a basic gravel bike that could be ridden in pavement as well and Morgan hooked it up with my new Kona Rove. He gave me a great price on the bike, and you get a discount on accessories when you buy a bike too. My best "buying a bike experience" ever!

Great shop! They jus fixed my mtb, thought my brakes needed a bleed but it was just needing new pads. They also discovered that my axle was broken, glad they found that before I hit the trail.
They are a high-end bike shop and their parts are extremely high quality so expect to pay a little more for parts. That said, you can expect their parts to be more robust. Service prices are also very reasonable.

100% recommend. Josh and Morgan go out of their way to help customers during business hours. Outside of buisiness hours, they're busy building a cycling community in Spokane by hosting workout sessions and group rides.

I ordered a strange size tire for my bike, after it arrived, I found that the wider, more common size would fit. Morgan gladly reshelved the special order tire and exchanged me for the wider one!

We were very pleased and treated so nicely just now. I felt like I had to write this review asap. I took my grandson here to get his flat tire fixed and it was done very promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place for all your bike needs. We both left feeling very happy and will continue to visit this place in the future.

Love this shop. Staff genuinely cares about getting you set up well. They make sure they understand what you are ridong and help you pick the best value options. Probably some of the best value bikes in spokane. Theu carry Marin, Rocky Mountain, and Ibis as well as PNW components. Great value bikes and gear.

I had such a great experience with Mojo! As a brand new/beginner, Joshua helped me find the right bike for my needs (and even kept it WAY under my budget). The guys at the shop paid attention to detail, answered all my questions, and were great to work with.

I read the reviews before going, and was not disappointed at all. Each of the people I interacted with were very customer friendly, and professional, starting with Morgan. Zach worked on my bike, and did a great job. On top of it, the price was fantastic. Highly recommend this bike shop!

I had a tough to diagnose rear hub problem. Josh and the Mojo team were excellent on resolving my problem. I appreciate the attention to communicating well when I wasn't in the shop, explaining what caused the problem to begin with and making sure that the problem was fixed properly. My Industry Nine Hydra Hub feels brand new again!

Morgan and his team go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things bikes. They make you feel comfortable and welcome no matter your level. They take time to answer all your questions, listen to what you are looking for in a bike, and then make recommendations that fit your needs. I just made the leap from a triathlon bike to a gravel bike. While I know a lot about Tri bikes I know nothing about gravel bikes. Morgan was awesome about educating me and helping me make an informed decision on selecting the perfect bike for me. Mojo is more then a bike shop, it’s a sense of community.

Stopped in to have my husband’s rear brake checked. Josh is awesome! He offered 3 reasons and was spot on with his first thought. Fixed under 10 minutes! and at a very reasonable charge. We really appreciate that they took us as a walk-in on a Friday morning. Amazing customer service!

great local shop! gravel focused which is unique. don't let strip mall lcoation fool you. lots of character. highly recommend visiting for new bikes or service. closed mondays and daily hours vary but they are always helpful. skip the chain shops and go to Mojo! they host many weekly group rides as well if you check their social media presence

Owner was amazing! Helped me and my husband with new bikes and didn’t make us feel bad for being new to the sport. Offered lifetime help with basic maintenance. Seriously just super nice people and nice shop!! Go here!!

The reason for 5 stars is because the staff at Mojo treats you like a human. They are patient and helpful, friendly. They don't have that "air of conceit" that you find in SO MANY other bike shops. David Neal, the owner at Mojo, is as genuine as they come and that flows into his employees. Highly recommend!

I purchased a new Norco Optic from these these guys at the end of summer. Fair price and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend these guys. I have been in a couple of times to get adjustments or tires fixed and they drop what they are doing to get me on my way. Morgan and Josh are great to work with.

Best bike shop in town. Morgan and crew do a great job. Very helpful and none of the judgemental attitude you can get as a newer cyclist at other shops around town. Had a fitting done and it has made a huge difference in comfort and speed. Didn't have my size in a jersey but made sure to get one in and let me know when it would be there. Was having an issue with brakes and instead of taking the bike in and charging me for an easy repair (I wouldn't have known), helped me fix it on the spot and show me how to make sure it didn't happen again. Can't recommend highly enough
