They were very professional and focused on my main concern. They explained everything thoroughly to me. They genuinely care about your treatment plan and want to make sure it fits your needs. They were all very kind. I had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone.

We really like this office. Everyone is kind. They are great with my teenage daughter and took really good care of me when I needed a crown. We’ve been seeing them for 3 years. Dr. Olmstead is fantastic!

Dr. Olmstead is awesome and their support staff is friendly and informative. I've been going here for 3 years now and never had a negative experience, even with a root canal! Never had a better experience at a dental office.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Olmstead since 1999 and I couldn't recommend a dentist more than her. She is experienced, professional, and thorough with her patients. We've had every procedure possible and never had any issues. Her staff is friendly and I also highly recommend Brianna who is excellent with cleanings.

5 stars! I have always had pretty extreme dental anxiety. This is a bigger office so I didn’t expect to have such a personalized experience. They have been so kind, understanding , and treated me with such love! Highly recommend !

Experienced and friendly staff. Very thorough. Recently had to replace a crown that kept falling off. Dr Olmstead explained why I needed a new one and was able to create a better fitting one and get it on that morning.

Liberty lake family dentistry made me feel very comfortable I trust them 100% to touch my teeth. I have super bad anxiety going to the dentist in general but they made me feel super comfortable. Went in there for a teeth whitening and my teeth look amazing and very white! Very impressed with the results and how nice and comfortable I felt. Would definitely recommend this dentist office to people.

They were able to see me same day for tooth pain, and not only were they super nice but they explained everything as we went, I was never left in the dark. They gave me options on what I could do for the pain and they were able to complete the procedure right then and there! I never felt judged for my teeth in the slightest. I will be back even if it's farther from home

Typically not a huge fan of the dentist... I mean once a year/every other cleanings 😅 which I know is bad, but dentistry offices have a hard job to do, and this office has been wonderful! I felt welcomed by "Loretta" at the front desk who has been working there ~22 years! My hygienist was personable and took my medical history and current physical dental health seriously (I also liked that the staff provide the computer with your record right in front of you to educate you, instead of the usual behind you thinking "what are you doing back there?"). The Dentist, herself, is professional, knowledgeable, and funny.
I feel everyone in this office has been working in the dentistry field for years, and they're here to stay, so I'll be back in 6 months 😋

Having worked in dental offices for years before retirement, it's easy to pick up on how an office is managed. This office has such a great staff, pleasant and positive atmosphere, a solid sense that excellence is the standard. To top it off, Dr. Olmstead is the best and it feels like the staff enjoy working for her. They have a really good thing going on -- I highly recommend going there for your dental care!

Please understand, I am one of those people who totally panics just thinking about going to a dentist. I had put it off way too long, so I needed a lot of help.

First of all the hygienist is fabulous. She was so careful and is helping me get back to a healthy mouth. They have the latest equipment so the treatment was very comfortable.

Then....... the ugly work started. I had an extraction, which they walked me through, and accomplished painlessly. Next was a bridge. I was so freaked out about it not looking natural as it’s right at the front.
Dr Olmsted was able to make my TEMPORARY look good. She totally understood and I know she took special care to give me a match that looks great. I am very confident now that the end result will be as perfect as it can be.

Kim was extremely thorough and detailed with explaining the process of establishing my records as I’m a new patient. Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Front desk was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Olmsted is so nice and personable. My experience was great!

Having the ability to get a crown done same day is amazing, but having it covered by your insurance and the staff is efficient and thorough is top notch. I had the unfortunate experience of having a crown crumble apart, and the staff took the liberty to fix it within a few days. Their waits are minimal, but the care is impressive. I would highly recommend getting your care here over the others.

Have been with Dr. Olmstead for nearly 10 years, and will continue! They deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, provide excellent care, and though going to the dentist isn’t always my favorite thing to do, I feel less stress knowing the team at Liberty Lake Family Dentistry takes the best care of me!
