Cruz took the time to explain and go over in great detail everything on the paperwork side of things. Never was there and upscale sale of any kind. I mean even the test drive was great! Ruben hands me the keys and says "take it for a test drive for about an hour or so, but Cisco really test drive it put to the test!" Man talk about having confidence in your vehicles. When I get back from the test drive of over an hour, Ruben proceeds to tell me take it to a mechanic and have it checked out. Really what more can I say about them.
