I enjoyed living here. I had great neighbors, esp. Paul. Most of the time it was quiet. The rest was noise from outside the fence. The managers are congenial, helpful. There's a patio at the office, tables inside, outside. It's great to have what is there. There's a pool table, a library, a pool and spa. I liked that we could bring our pets and they could visit with their buddies and enjoy themselves. Great place for seniors to live. Near markets, restaurants, gas stations, the beach.

Upon entering the estate I couldn't help but take notice of the well kept grounds and cleanliness of the estate. The tenants that reside there are very polite and helpful. The club house was pretty nice

Helping a friend of mine who's mother recently passed away due to COVID-19 . I was introduced to this wonderful little community for fifty-five plus. These folks really know how to make carve out a strong hold and a very beautiful one at that in a really rough part of town. I haven't felt as safe as I have in that particular part of Oxnard ever. Like I was telling you guys before it is a fifty-five plus neighborhood. So it has all the ADA approved stuff people in there golden years might need as well as other amenities like hoa provided dumpsters and fitness center with all the whistles and even a couple of bells. L. O. L. !! The have plenty of empty lots available for your new manufactured home As well as homes for sale. But keep in mind that they are making no exception to age stipulation for both you and your manufactured home so make sure you read all the fine print. They deserve ten stars but sadly i can only give them 5. 😞

I like the quiet here, the residents are wonderful, friendly, active. The pool and spa is always clean. The new management has been great.

Park is very clean, it has wide streets, people r very friendly, nice Club house n every one drops in and has a cup of Coffee all during the day n comes in to say Hi to every one there, there's a nice heated Pool and warm Jacuzzi, 2 nice patio areas and shade to sit enjoy the shade or Sun and a Dog Park area to walk your dog.

I love living in my new mobile home and imperial Oxnard but a few months ago almost finished furnishing it and I love it
