QDOBA Mexican Eats

Only recently discovered qdoba, and really like this location. The staff were fantastic - attentive and friendly, and they did a great job with food assembly so everything was delicious. Obviously this isn't fine dining, but I'd pick this over a fancy meal - reliably, tasty, and the people there are great. Couldn't ask for more, really.

Their catering option is so affordable and come with heaters. 10/10
Used for superbowl but will definitely order again for family dinners

Dylan and his crew were awesome! We came in to pick up our online order and purchased some additional snacks. They were the friendliest staff, even with it being near the end of their work day. The food was fresh, yummy, and assembled well. Great place to go, especially for the amount of food vs price.

Evan’s team was incredible! Specifically, Bailey and Autumn, both of these ladies went above and beyond to ensure my grieving family (just lost a loved one) was well taken care of. And they were! I can’t recommend this Qdoba enough!!

I love the chicken adobo bowl here. I can even find something for my daughter, who is a very picky eater.

This Qdoba hands down has the nicest staff ever, they are so polite and just simply seem happy to be there and happy to help! A+

Update to my previous 2 star review.

Within a day or so the owner reached out. I really appreciated the fact that she didn't make excuses and took good care of us by replacing our order. What my wife and I were surprised about was that since this happened we have ordered 3 times and it has been perfect.

Last night we ordered the chicken street tacos. Even though we are in the 3 Lakes area and Qdoba is basically South Lake Stevens the food was warm and the presentation was perfect.

I really appreciate the leadership, customer service and your ability to take customer complaints as opportunities rather conflict. We will be back soon. Seriously the quality of the ingredients has been amazing from the start. Thank you!

Like the mod pizza a few doors down, and subway

You are given a choice of how you want your food, a bowl. Burrito, tacos... think tacobell menu items

And then you move down the line like a subway and mod pizza and pick meats, cheese, and other stuff.

They have this really yummy chicken that has a wonderful smokey taste to it that ends up having a very pleasant kick to it. Yiu are allowed to try before you have it. I got half that chicken and half beef to try to lower the heat of the kick.

While they don't have the biggest selection of other things to put on your whatever, it reminds me a little more of actual Spanish taco toppings than taco bell toppings.

I love the fact that I got to add corn, that was so wonderful.

I recommend going at least one. The atmosphere is pleasant and they decided to go a bit, I guess the word would be abstract, with how and where they place their lights. The way they ended the tables drive my boyfriend crazy because he doesn't think someone could sit at it, and no, I bet they could, I almost did.

They also have the touch screen drink machines, and while I didn't use it this time, those tend to be my favorite way to get fountain drinks

We came here for dinner because coupons came out in the mail. (Us and everyone in Lake Stevens) Qdoba was poorly understaffed and had no idea a coupon was dropped that day. There were 4 employees including the manager busting their butts to keep up with the steady line. I was so impressed they were still smiling. Considering the circumstances and the amount that of people I watched come through the line after me I was impressed with how hard this crew worked together as a team. This manager deserves praise that she was able to keep her crew motivated and smiling through it all. What a great bunch. We will be back. (Not on coupon drop night)

Always good, love it! Long line but moved quickly after 5-7 minutes of waiting. Usually get the bowl, wish they had more topping options like raw onion and tomato, but it's still super yummy!

I had the pleasure of going here one day last week for lunch. It was my 1st time to this location and what a great first impression. The chief Nathan did a fabulous job preparing my dine in order. Not only was he very attentive to me the customer in front of him but the way he prepared the order was a visual experience like no other. Not to mention the portion for what I paid was phenomenal. The dining room was clean and so where the facilities. Great job Qdoba Lake Stevens please keep up the Awesomeness! Thank you Nathan for your attention to detail and your kindness, both are extremely valuable characteristics trates! Please give that man a raise. 👏 👉 💎

Lauren the manager is amazing. She took the time on the phone to read every ingredient in all the dishes I ordered line by line to help make sure the dishes did not irritate my friend’s food allergies. Wow. Thank you. She even left a note explaining how she separated it all. Wish I had more experiences like this

WHAT!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH ALL THESE ONE STARS?!?!? This branch is tied with Woodinville as the best Qdoba out there. Not only are the people super friendly but the portions are fantastic and always fresh. I wish I could just buy their stir-fry veggies for home use, they're so good. So the only thing I can think of is there must be a huge breakdown between online ordering/3rd party deliver) and in-store dining. Personally, I don't know how this would even be an issue because the portions are substantial enough that I often have left-overs. And next-day Qdoba is just as good as day one. I do want to mention the employee Roy by name. This man IS AMAZING. He is so polite. So friendly. So synced in to the restaurant needs. And when he politely and professionally reprimanded a non-masker, I was impressed and very thankful. YOU ROCK ROY!!!!!

It took me forever to try this place out but it's actually very good! You just sit there and tell them what you want on your food you can customize the orders, they don't charge you extra, really nice place! I mean you go to a pizza place and they charge you $2.50 a topping even if you are trying to substitute! But Qdoba they just are like what do you want!? It's all inclusive in the bill.

Service has always been amazing. The food is pretty good. Always enough seating. Good place to get lunch and do some work! Table has outlets and good Wi-Fi.

First time eating from Qdoba and this food was excellent and Lake Stevens Qdoba had a super awsome crew as well. Greeted quickly, food was hot and delicious. No place to leave gratuity on credit card receipt and that was the only bummer. Thanks again !!

Visited this location to get a Burrito bowl and quesadilla. The waitresses/ associates are friendly and easy to work with. Although I don't live here, I would love to visit if I ever have to go again to the Lake Stevens area.
