Not only did they provide top-notch care, but they also took the time to educate me on dental health, making the visit truly informative. I left feeling confident and reassured, knowing that my dental needs were in good hands. I'll definitely be bringing my whole family here in the future!

Dr Casey and his staff are the most wonderful and friendly people and professional, they make us feel like part of their family. I can’t say enough good things about Smile Source Liberty Lake! I’ve been there for general cleanings & a tooth repair. They have a very nice office, with easy access parking. Patty’s friendliness at the front desk is a nice welcome. Selena (dental assistant) & Anne (dental hygienist) made me feel comfortable, gave a complete oral exam & were gentle in their care. Dr Casey did a thorough exam, allowed time to answer questions or concerns, & did a great job on my tooth repair. The staff there are all very professional & made me feel at ease. I’ve been very impressed by how thorough they are in their exams & in the oral care they provide. I highly recommend their office to anyone who wants quality care!

By far one of the best dentist offices in the Spokane area. No Hassel for appointments, no crazy billing, and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. They were able to help remove my tongue tie and less than a week later I’m actually able to eat ice-cream from a cone! (If you have/had a tongue tie, you’ll know the struggle). I recommend this place to everyone.

It was truly a pleasure meeting Dr Casey and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to becoming a new patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Tim Casey for over 5 years and you won't find someone who is more attentive, caring and professional. We only see each other a couple times a year and he always checks in on how my family and I are doing.

Today was my daughter’s first appointment with Dr Macall at Smile Source. Every one was so friendly from checking in to the sweet gal that cleaned my daughter’s teeth and then finishing with Dr Macall. Dr Macall was gentle and kind and we were done before we knew it! And the office is beautiful! We’ll definitely be back for all dental needs.

From start to finish, a great experience.
Patty had a warm and welcoming smile to get me checked in (and out). I met with Heather (with a little help from Elizabeth) who were fantastic at explaining the whole process and making sure to breakdown jargon and let me know the findings of my cleaning. I got to watch some silly and funny animal tv on the ceiling which had some great ways to make me smile during the visit. They took great X-rays and pictures of my teeth to ensure all aspects of my dental care were considered. Dr. Macall was personable while also professional and informative. Would 10/10 recommend the entire process with this group. Thank you for your great care and even though it’s the dentist office, I look forward to returning.

Was a great experience. The technician was very pleasant. She was attentive to me and my questions. Gentle and considerate. Dentist was great. Felt he was professional and explained things well. No pressure on what needed to be done or how soon. Office personal were very pleasant and attentive. Explained the treatment plan and insurance coverage and what my costs would be. It was a very pleasant and comfortable visit. I would recommend this office to others.

Most doctor or dentist offices don't care if you wait for awhile. Liberty Lake Smile Source does care. Even though it was only a short wait I received a complimentary coffee card. I was not expecting it but it was a nice gesture. Oh, and I got great care! I'll be back in 6 months.

The staff was very friendly. Office clean and welcoming. Hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and gentle. Dr Casey explained all scenarios to me and what work was needed first. I liked the efficiency of all his staff and I think it was my best experience with any dentist.
