My eye exam went smoothly and Dr. Fleming was fantastic. Matt working at the front desk is an absolute delight! He helped me pick out the perfect frames. Great place overall!

He’s got an amazing way of handling every situation…adjustments, replacements, he even calls to followup and always has a smile. I also came in to pick up sunglasses and met Elizabeth. Stop in for an eyeglass repair for 2 pairs of glasses. Debbie was extremely helpful and able to fix a problem that has plagued me for 3 years. Excellent service and friendly staff.

I brought my elderly father to the Pearle Vision location in Lake Stevens and had the pleasure of working with Matt Horton, Store Manager, who assisted us with glasses. My father had recently had a major head injury and confuses easily. Matt was patient, kind and respectful of my father. He had a positive attitude and willingness to work with us. The whole experience was so positive and turned a very time consuming and laborious task into a great experience. Matt was excellent with follow-up when the glasses arrived at a later date and was again very pleasant and accommodating to my dad. I appreciated his help very much.

Matt worked with me to find frames and dealt with my insurance info for almost two hours while I was in store yesterday. He was very knowledge, honest and helpful when it came to explaining the lense types and my options for my frames. Thank you so much for helping me come to a deduction on glasses, I’ll be back this week with my kids for their frames.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I had zero wait time and the doctor was able to get me into even more comfortable lenses. They really listened to what I need.

Dr Fleming saved my eyesight. I went in for a routine visit, and it turned out my vision in my left eye was extremely compromised three years ago. He sent me over for an emergency referral to opthalmologist, and I've been getting routine eye injections, but my vision is no longer compromised. I can see my beautiful baby granddaughter thanks to him.

The doctor and the staff were knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated that the doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way.

This place is great. Brought my glasses for repair and e everything was super quick and smooth. Debbie was patient and super helpful, she made my day! :)

My son and myself went here for new glasses that we haven’t had for years, everyone was very nice and informative, they Carry quality line of glasses (ie. Oakley, RayBan etc.) many to choose from regular glasses to sunglasses. Polarized lenses if you want color changes for sunglasses if you want a different lense color. Will defiantly go back.

This was my first experience with Pearle Vision and Dr Fleming. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I have worn glasses for many years. Dr Fleming was very professional and kind. I am glad I decided to trust my eye care to Pearle Vision and Dr Fleming.

Absolutely loved coming here to get my first pair of glasses. Everyone here was so helpful and friendly! Really made me feel at ease picking out my frame and understanding the different options. Excited to go back in to pick up my pair :)

The appointment was quick and informative.

I have not received my glasses yet so can't give feedback on them but the overall experience was good.

My visit was great, fast, friendly and professional. Also I greatly appreciate the attention and care given to protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy during the pandemic. I honestly can't think of anything that needs improvement! Highly recommend this location.

They gave me the glasses I really like the doctor was very pleasant. Very relaxing made me understand what’s going on.

10 STARS - 10 STARS - 10 STARS - WOW AM I HAPPY ! Woo-Hoo I can SEE I can See ! 10 years ago I wasted my money at Costco Optical. I had no Idea how terrible it was at Costco until Sears Optical showed me how it's SUPPOSED to go for a customer. Now I finally have glasses my wife says are sexy and I can see all 4 monitors on my desktop computer without moving my head hardly at all. At Sears Optical the doctor was better, the exam was quicker, the girls out front were WAY NICER, EVEN HAPPY ACTING ! ...and my glasses are so very nice, I have not been able to see this clearly IN OVER A DECADE! Way-To-Go Sears Optical - THANK YOU SO MUCH - You have brought me so much happiness, it's better than Christmas.

They have quality eye wear at competitive prices. The eye doctor Michael Fleming is very professional and caring. I highly recommend him.

Very thorough but efficient exam, friendly doctor and associates that helped me get the glasses I needed (and that fit my budget)… definitely would recommend.
