Peach Mobile Estates

This is a family older trailer park. Not in the best part of town. The sound of sirens nightly is very common and I suggest if you ever do stay there just make good with your neighbors and you will be fine

The rent is cheaper than anywhere around and includes water, sewer, garbage and PG&E and you have a whole lot of space to do as you wish...I have a gated front and back yard...The parks well maintained and clean!!!

Very nice tight knit community to live at. The park has been evolving since moving here 3 years ago. The Managers have been doing a great job taking care of the park and its tenets. Love the pool during the summer, cheap space rent.

Relatively quiet neighborhood, everyone watches out for their neighbors. reasonable rent, my kids love the option of the pool during summer. Management is nice and respectful and always willing to help if they are able!

I love this family park. It has come such a long way. I have lived here for 3 years. Management is wonderful kenny and Nicole always go out of their way to help everyone with whatever they can. They do the best worth what they have to help people in need. Even pin their days of. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this community.

In December when I moved here from a bad situation Nicole and everyone has been nothing but stellar. After 4 months here I have seen many improvements to make this park a wonderful place to live. I would tell anyone that is looking for a site to start here first. Thank you for the wonderful residents.

Such a nice park since the new manager took over a few years back. Well kept and reasonable space rent. Definitely a great place to look into if looking for somewhere to park your RV or in the market to buy a mobile.

Family oriented older mobile home park. Old-timers to new babes with a few teenagers in between.
Friendly & fair resident manager.
Has a nice pool/clubhouse(both currently closed because of covid19), washers & dryers available onsite.

I have friends that live there they are quiet and people are respectful of others.

I would like to retract a review I gave for Peachtree I was wrong this place is a awesome place to live the manager and maintenance man are amazing people and are so awesome and kind thank you Kenny and Nicole for being there for my family.

Weve been here 2+years it's home very friendly people Nicole&kenny the greatest , the park has many established tenants it's clean it's quiet and we'll supervised they are on site , security Camera's not to mention how reasonable the price like I said it's home

For a mobile home it is in shape, the manager and the maintenance man are great people. They are very friendly, pets ARE allowed. I do highly recommend you go here if you need a place to live. 🤩

Is very good with everyone in the park always is willing to help very kind to everyone

Being evacuated because of the Camp Fire has been beyond stressful, working with Nichole (park manager) to accommodate 3 families with 3 5th wheels has been amazing. She has been helpful and knowledgeable on all things park related.
