Ellis Self Storage-Turlock

I love this place!
So clean, and high security which is pretty awesome.
The customer service is on another level. Eveyone here are so nice and friendly, and willing to help you no matter what.
I met Jackie at front desk and she is the nicest person I have ever met. She helped me out with my concern and she went above and beyond to make sure I have a happy customer service experience.
I definitely recommend this place and if you go there make sure to step inside the office and meet their great staff specially Jackie “She is the sweetheart”❤

Great customer service. Always a clean environment and a public restroom in the office, during hot weather they offer water bottles for the clients. The area has cameras that are always recording and it appears to be a safe place. I would recommend it as it's also reasonably priced.

Friendliness is through the roof with both people who work there. They're the reasons why we are Keeping a unit there.
