Jalisco's Tacos

I stopped at Jalisco’s for dinner after a long day of meetings and then a drive.

Typically I don’t visit taco trucks for dinner since it’s a lunch thing in my mind but when I’m in Cali, tacos are always on tap.

I had a plate of tacos consisting of pastor, asada, cabesa and chorizo. All were excellent, 5/5

The atmosphere was food truck with picnic tables. Nothing extravagant, excellent 3/5

No bathrooms, so no comment there

The restaurant is a food truck with outdoor seating. The staff is first rate. 4/5 on both

The food was excellent and the portions were good. I felt it was a good value considering.

Nice set up and clean, too. I love their $1.25 asada tacos. And the tortas they serve, so good! I wonder if they use butter on the bread because it is simply scrumptious. Not dry at all. I've never seen a taco truck offer whole beans as a condiment. Genius!

Just off work and stop at the store next to Jalisco's and I thought tacos sounds good got 3 and boy did it hit the spot.

I’ve been all over Cali !! This food is the BEST MEXICAN FOOD I EVER HAD. The food is fire and fresh. Handmade tortillas, rotisserie pastor and such much more goodness. They have a stand with multiple homemade salsa self served onions cilantro lemons everything you need they even have beans something I never see at taco trucks. Call me chunky I had tacos, quesadillas and bite of burrito I recommend this place to anyone. They are also located next to a liquor store the accepts EBT.

I love this place when I'm in Tulare. I visit Tulare every now and then but I stop there anytime I have chance to. Good prices on the pocket and quick to make the order. Also has a outside spot to enjoy the food freshly made there and then. They have a great condiment bar with all the fixings. Even some hot whole beans on the side for you. You can use your card or cash there to purchase your items. Thanks Jalisco's 😋

So authentic and adorable. Looked so quaint in the best way. I bet on giving all my change as a tip. Well worth it the $5.58 tip.

Im very picky when it comes to Al pastor because it seems like most places don’t know how to make it right. Al pastor is the best meat when made correctly and they hands down make the best Al pastor that I have ever tried. They never skimp out on the meat, your tacos, burrito will be fully loaded. So not only is it great quality, it’s great price. They are definitely the best, not just in town, but in the 559. And I can’t forget their fast and friendly service. I 10/10 would highly recommend!

Very busy taco truck. With great food. Conveniently located next to Sinclairs gas station. Lots of seating and a self service side bar that has all the toppings you would want. Highly recommend it food will be hot 🔥 so let cool accordingly.

Food comes fast, food is worth the price and even more, the service is amazing and I would come here every single day if I could. The asada burritos are as thick as your forearm and have you saving it for later bc of how big it is. Nothing is beating their burritos and food in general, I 100% recommend this place if you love Mexican food.

Foods great here. Pastor & Carne Asada are my favorite. No wrong time to come here. From the time they open & close, I always see a line. Ima walk there right now as a matter of fact.

Small menu, fresh food and always consistent. They tend to always have a crowd no matter how early or late you show up. Rest assured they whip up your order pretty quick and get you on your way. They have a huge toppings bar and I’m sure you can find something to fill your needs.

You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Okay. So this place gets SUPER busy after dark.esp. on the weekends. But at 5.50 for a burrito and 1.25 for a taco.. how can it be wrong?. The Asada tacos are great and they have an excellent assortment of toppings. For a taco truck, you cant lose by stopping by.!
