The front receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Alondra was nice and took her time to explain the process. Lisa NP was very knowledgeable and caring; and took her time to address our concerns. We are definitely staying with this healthcare team.

I absolutely love Karen. Best doctor I’ve had in years! She actually cares for each child and builds relationships with everyone in the family. I drive 45 mins just to take my kid to see her.

Karen is the best!!!! Staff upfront is also very nice and helpful. Thank you to my dr. Karen and to the front receptionist mayra for always being so helpful and friendly with me!

This is where I take my daughter. When she was on hospice this was the only one with the Dr for that. It's a clinic for disabled kids. Very nice place great full for this place.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now. The staff is always friendly & attentive. I loved the care of the 2 doctors my son has had. We are usually called back in a timely manner.

I've been taking my children here for 9+ years. I really miss Dr. Ferrér. 😢 She was an amazing person ❤ I would wait for hours to see her, but I never cared. She was always overbooked, but she took the time to hear your concerns as well as Dr. Karen. These two were the best 😍 they worked together and shared their load, and I love them both. Will continue to take my children there to see Dr. Karen and Lisa. Lisa is not that bad. She's just getting used to her new patients. The front desk is new staff as well but we will see how it goes.

SO we are currently looking for a new health care provider, not that Lisa isn't meeting our needs, but you can never get through to the front desk to reschedule or schedule an appointment. Also, the front desk doesn't seem to like their job, not one called/calls to remind you about appointments or calls you back when you opt out for a call back. Not that they need to be calling you to remind you of your appointments, but it's been a courtesy of many clinic. It's worth your time. Adventist Health is really slacking on their hiring process.

Worst customer service in the last year. They don't care for their patients, don't have any empathy, very rude.. all they say is ok mija, ok mija. Every time I call they put me on hold for so long and they hang up! Called to have my 2 kids seen for earache, fever, cough and cold they wanted to schedule 3 days after . I had to change my kids to different location I had to much from this people?

My son's file was constantly not updated, so the poor guy had to get more shots than he needed. And I have a serious abscess that the doctor said she used all her resources to help me when I had only seen one specialis that she had sent me to, she also tells me what I have is life threating her sister had to get surgeries and bone grafts but then says she can't help me....how messed up is that. If you wanna wait forever to be seen go here and also the doctors like to take leave alot so don't expect them to be there. It's like you never know who is even your real doctor they just pass you around.

This place has gone downhill and is understaffed. They don't need to be taking their stress out on patients. If that's the problem, then they need to talk to administration about this. I have waited for HOURS for both phone appointments as well as in person appointments. I've made appointments that were not on the books, and made appointments in person only to be told that it's now a phone appointment. The lack of communication between staff and patients affects my care and health. The staff gossips and bullies patients to the point where I'm afraid to even call for fear it's going to be taken the wrong way. Takes too long for one transaction to be completed. Get an onsite MD at this location NOW.

For being a doctors office they never have a doctor working they are always short staffed and when the doctor is there
They only see you for less than 2 minutes and rush you out the door very poor quality health care I had to switch because a simple refill takes up to 3weeks to a month to be seen

They schedule an appointment yet you’re not seen until two hours later. Our appt was at 3:30 and we were out of there past 5. That’s just ridiculous. Especially when there is nothing complicated going on just a routine check up. All that to see the dr for less then 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Arlene prescribed me medication I took before going to the doctors. We go to the doctor for other options that we do not have I am very disappointed

So dumb when they schedule a appointment for a specific time then you show up and it's closed! no courtesy call or anything!
