PODS Moving & Storage

I was happy with the driver put the pod exactly where I wanted it in my driveway. Everything was done online. Never had to talk to anybody except the driver to let me know when he was gonna be there. Pick up was flawless. Driver called said I’ll be there within 30 minutes.

We had to wait 5 months for our home to be built. PODS kept our belongings for that time frame. Delivered on time, when I needed them and performed extremely well. Highly recommend them for your moving needs. Can't go wrong with the options they have to store, pick up and deliver. I felt very secure that my items would not be compromised. Felt safe and overall cost was great.

By far above and beyond what i had expected. Customer service is spot on, mixed with a courteous and professional team. Mind you this is for the do-it-yourselfer, loading is challenging. But with PODs support team we never felt that PODs was not ready to work with us.

The manager Jim was able to help out and truly went above and beyond for us. Truly appreciate all his help and he saved us from having to push our move back. Highly recommend Pods!

This was our first time using PODS for an out of state move. We are super thrilled with the experience.We were a little concerned about how our stuff would be when it reaches since it was a coast to coast move.However, not a single item had moved even an inch. Everything was just the way we had kept it. The entire move was super exciting/fun and well worth it and PODS also saved us a lot of money as compared to any other movers.

Not only were they timely in their deliveries and shipping of my pod, none of my items seemed to have shifted inside the container and everything arrived in one piece. Also the price to ship my items half way across the country fell in a price range I could actually manage and afford. I highly recommend them, as they took all the stress out of moving and helped make it an enjoyable experience.

First time using PODS and was very pleased with overall service and experience. They were on time and the contents inside were undamaged. Love the fact that you can take your time to load/unload. I would use them again no question.

We moved from California to North Carolina and used PODS. Our move became complicated when we were unable to move directly into our new home delaying us three weeks. All I had to do was call pods to keep it in storage for the extra weeks and then a two day turnaround to have it re-delivered at a convenient time for us. This service was invaluable during a very stressful time in our lives. PODS is professional and reliable. I would only use PODS in the future (but I hope to NEVER move again)!

Booking PODS was such an easy process. They were not as expensive as some of the other moving companies. I appreciate being able to go online to adjust my dates as needed, too.

Extremely efficient way to pack up a home in stages. PODS made it convenient and easy to store our belongings while cleaning out and preparing to move. It was very cost effective compared with a full moving service. But it was much easier on our backs than just renting a truck.

I really liked that I could reschedule pick ups and drops offs via their online portal. Everything I needed was on there. Using PODS was the least stressful part of our move!

We used Pods for first time and the experience we really great and also saved a lot of $$ in the process and all our stuff arrived in tact and no issue with loading and unloading crew as well.

Excellent experience. Delivery and pick up at both ends of the move went well and as expected. Loading was easy as was unloading. Can't beat the price.

This is the second time we've used PODS to store furniture or boxes as we've had work done on our home. They have been great in terms of spaciousness, delivery and retrieval scheduling and customer service.
I would highly recommend them.

I moved across the country from Mississippi to California. I have to say that using Pods’s Was The Easiest Part Of The Move!!! When I got to California I had 10 days to unload 5 X 16’ containers so I could save some money. I contacted Jim the supervisor @ the Manteca office. He Was Very Professional & Understood My Needs to accomplish my 10 day request. Jim Actually Cared & made it happen. He used two drivers to Help & Assist me. They were Brian & James. They Made EVERY PICK UP & DROP OFF ON TIME!!! I Could Have Not Imagined How Professional, Understanding & Accurate, They Were When Unloading & Picking Up The Pods With Care!!! THANK YOU 😊😊😊😊 Jim, James, & Brian FOR MAKING A VERY STRESSFUL SITUATION, STRESS FREE!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE FREAKING AWESOME 👏👏👏👏!!!

Pods are a good solution for when you need them to hold on to your belongings for a month then deliver them when you are ready.

Originally needed the Pod for 4 months but ended up having it for 18 months! Great containers, professional people picking up the Pod and everything made it safely.

Great overall experience. They delivered and picked up on time without issue. Driver was very professional and placed it perfectly in our driveway.

Everything went well except they sold me a lock that did not work and I had to go to the store and buy another.
