Macy's

I went to Macy’s after not finding a heavy winter jacket.
They had a good selection, but didn’t have it in my size.
The lady was very helpful and placed an order of the jacket from another Macy’s in my size.

Great store. Loved the check out ladies, they were cracking me up with the register computer being uncooperative. I love stores that have people with senses of humor! Scored some adorable Christmas cards in my Macy's adventure!

The person helping me was outstanding. She actually shops at my grocery store. I could not decide between 2 dresses. She suggested I get both and think about and return 1. Ha! More than likely, I will keep both. Well played 😁 She also got me to sign up for a Macy's card, and I got a little discount . I really do not shop at Macy's. I think that will change now. Thank you! Great customer service.

Go see Katie at the brow bar for your waxing and brow beauty needs. She is knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first ever wax job. I had some concerns about my sparse brows, and she listened, and together, we came up with a plan and the products for my specific needs. She is awesome. I will continue to drive across town to get my wax on there. Oh, and I was referred by someone who has amazing brows, so I highly recommend that no matter the type of brows you have or want, you can trust Katie.

I just called to see if a particular suit was in stock and Jordan cheerfully ran back and forth to check for me about the specific sizes I was looking for! Good service, thank you, Jordan!

Was able to look up what I paid for my mail order pieces that I had to return because of size not fitting.

Allora was amazing, she was very attentive, courteous and friendly. She went as far as stopping me on the way out to ensure that the representative she passed me off to, (that was more knowledgeable on Jerseys) was able to get me taken care of... And when I told her no, that the jersey isn't available in my size, she took down my name and number so she could consult with someone that could possibly help me. Truly excellent customer service, a gem to find now days.

Vlad, working in the Men's department was extremely helpful and has very good taste. He helped me pick out my suit for my sister's wedding, and I am pleased with the outcome. He was friendly and patient

Didn't actually buy anything but the store was well organized looked good and the workers were friendly but not all up in your face trying to make a sell

A.J. in the bedding department is amazing. I needed to do a return and I asked where the customer service desk was. When he said he could help me here ( That was awesome, because I can't walk to far ) A.J. didn't know that I couldn't though. For some reason, I get anxiety during getting rang up or doing a return. A.J. was so calm and relaxed and I can't thank him enough for his excellent customer service with me. This made my shopping experience so much smoother for me.

I wanna give a shout out to Rose at the Perfume department. She. Is. Wonderful ⭐ she always offers to help and always patient. Never complains of my questions, goes through pricing clearly. She deserves a raise. She stands out in the that department.

Very clean department store. Kitchen appliances are limited, not a great selection. The end of season sales are usually very good, if you get there in time.

I love this store so much for many reasons. The staff/employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is kept very clean and the overall layout makes finding the things you need very easy. It's a must go to location💯

The 2 ladies who worked with me and my 2 year old grandson were so kind. They were patient, understanding a so helpful. Thank you. Wish I had written down Thier names. They really were amazing.

Love the Shoes! Each time I’ve visited the shoe department at Macy’s the staff has been very helpful with finding the fit and style of footwear I was looking for and they were also knowledgeable about the different brands.
