Jerry , who came and did the fist inspection, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained different options to fit our needs.
The workers were hardworking and respectful. Samuel kept me updated on the progress periodically. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day they were here .
Antonio was my contact person. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite.

Both my family and I are very happy with the customer service, quality of the work and materials.

The communication has been phenomenal. From the very start with Neydi, the sales representative, her home visit (in rural Fresno County) estimate presentation and communication via phone, text and email.

Followed by Antonio the manager who answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed of the city procedures. Not to mention they provided photos of the job before and after they fixed a couple of issues.

The actual team did an excellent job with the installation, cleaning and were very friendly and respectful to my elderly parents.

Thank you all so much for helping my brothers and I to keep my elderly parents safe and comfortable at their home, especially given the weather we had lately.

Eric Franklin came out and serviced my issues with my air conditioner. He was very professional, honest, took time to show me everything, and explained the situation. We came up with the best possible solution and he didn't take advantage of me. I was happy with the service and paid for the yearly maintenance contract.

I am very please with Grandmark. I needed a roofing company and didn’t know who to go with and just googled roofing companies. I had read reviews and decided to go with them. Excellent choice from the beginning to the end. The team did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They are very dedicated and take pride on their workmanship . They are very respectful and always kept me inform. I would definitely recommend Grandmark if someone needs advice on replacing their roof.

I would like to commend Angel C. and his team for doing such a great job in repairing my roof , removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well as cleaning my gutters. Angel was very responsive to all our concerns and makes sure that the job gets done according to our satisfaction. Customer service was excellent from the start when I spoke to Jose who was very pleasant and was empathizing with our roofing issue. Angel C. sends us photos and videos of before and after the work is completed which was very reassuring to homeowners like us. Incredibly glad and satisfied I called Grandmark Service Company. From the initial call to schedule an appointment with Jose to the arrival of , Rafael our inspector was incredible. Rafael arrived with such professionalism and definitely represented Grandmark Service Company with excellence , courtesy and respect! Rafael is an incredible asset to your company, he updated us with his arrival via text and even a tracking system, identifying his mode of transportation and approximate arrival, which was on point and spot on! His attention to a detailed explanation of what he would be doing and the overall explanation of the problem causing our issue was incredible and detailed. Rafael had the ability to take photos and even a video explaining the details and provided those photos and video to us and what Grandmark Service Company would accomplish to remedy our concern. I again can not explain my complete satisfaction with Rafael, Jose and Grandmark Service Company, I would definitely recommend Grandmark Service Company for your roofing needs that they offer. Great company service. Professional roof repairand critter installed for solar and they clean up quite good after finishing the entire roof. Thanks for the work done. Special thanks to David since he did help a big deal in closing off big solar panel gaps and gave all the recommendations for the roof.

We called Grandmark to assess and repair some roof damage on our 25 year old home. We contacted several companies for estimates, but ultimately chose Grandmark for their promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing. McKay was the technician assigned to perform our estimate, and he was extremely thorough in his assessment, including detailed pictures of all the areas in need of repair. Once we agreed to the services, everything was done in a very timely manner. We had one small issue with roofing debris left on our front lawn, but even this was handled expediently once the company was notified. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Grandmark again!

Wonderful experience from everyone I had contact with over the phone and in person. I spoke with April over the phone regarding my appointments and she was very informative and courteous. She set me up with an appointment within the next few days.

My repair Appt was on 1-9-24 and it was completed same day by Jose. I called to pay my invoice over the phone, and spoke with Angel; he was also very professional and customer friendly while assisting me during the payment process.

Also, On 1-4-24, Rafael came to do the estimate of my homes roof repair and he was very patient, thorough, informative and helpful in all areas when it came to my questions and concerns. He showed me the pictures and video of what he found and emailed them to me. Excellent customer service all around.

The day of my appt, 1-9-24, Jose came to do the repair on my homes roof and he was very professional and customer friendly. He let me know he was going to begin repairs. When he was done, he updated me with what he did and all that entailed with the job. He was very informative and thorough. I really appreciated that he was very patient with all my questions after the job was done, and also gave me the information I needed to make my payment, and how I would be receiving the pictures/ video of repair done. Excellent customer service! I had not personally used this company but a very close friend of mine did. The service that was done was exceptional this employee went beyond expectation to see that the job was complete and the customer was happy! The team, led by David, did great work in repairing a damaged section of my roof. Did a thorough inspection and repair, showed me before and after photos, explained exactly the nature of the work, and cleaned up afterwards. Highest possible rating!

Cesar was very thorough when he came out and told me the details of the work for my riof and he is very knowledgeable.
He also gave me options financially.
Cesar was is very professional and was not pushy, I take that as a positive because I personally do not like pressure.

They were actually beyond great. Bid was comprehensively presented, their operations director was kept us informed regularly on the process and their installation crews (roof and solar) were hard working and professional and polite....even to the point of working Saturday due to incoming weather issues. Small thing perhaps but they did a clean up at the end of each day they were on site so that there was no evidence of a construction project was in progress. Every person I dealt with at Grandmark was top notch.

Dave showed up on time for estimate. Explained in detail of repairs for leak and complete roof work if wanted. Good price as I have had issues and spoke to others this rain season. Will update review if I choose them.
