Hearthstone at Merrill Creek

The view outside our window on a foggy morning calls for a warm cup of tea and quiet. This place is surrounded with the sights and sounds of a dense forest. The property is immaculate, the neighbors are friendly and the amenities are wonderful. The office staff trilogy of Mario, Crystal and Rachel are beyond the best team, the expert maintenance staff is always top notch, dependable and courteous. It's almost like living in a resort! Great place to live.

I lived here for about two years. The staff is really friendly . When we first moved there we had never been to Washington before and Crystal was so kind to send a list of places that we could visit . Also Alyssa, the community manager is very understanding and a people person. Before covid they would have different events that allowed for the people in the apartments to come out and meet each other , which is good for people in the military as they may not know anyone. Sometimes food trucks would come out and have delicious food . The apartments here are really nice and clean before you move in. They send you a list of things that need to be done before you move on with phone numbers of who you need to contact . This allows for the process to be smooth and organized. When it comes to paying rent they make it easy as you pay on an app and don’t have to go to the bank or into the office to pay. Overall living at Hearthstone was a great experience 😄

I’ve been living here for about a month now and I appreciate the trees nature surrounding this place (Except the spiders [insects]). The neighborhood is very quiet. I find it easily accessible because it’s a near a bus stop and so much to explore. Near the apartment is a trail way that leads to Mulketeo beach, which so breath taking. Crystal has been amazing accommodating with our transition for the move. I really appreciate you for that. The gym is amazing, and I can’t wait to try the Sauna that’s available to us. The equipment placed in the gym is impeccable. You can create an account that has features playing music and surfing the web. Even multiple types of work out and to keep track of your progress. I love the package system because it’s code protected which requires a special login. Call me silly but those are the simple tweaks I appreciate. The maintenance are very diligent and fix any type of issue right away. Even leave notes on work done. I love the Active building app we use for the apartment. For example: If you were living with roommates, you can make divided payments with your own created account. There’s also news feed for the community which is nice. The only feedback for improvement I’ll share of course is the bug control. It’s not pest or anything. But particularly since were surrounded by the forest. I would make a suggestion to have them clear any spider nest near the car roofs and in the complex. To take into consideration it’s also rainy season. I love the how the sunlight hits my room and motivates me, considering I have depression. What a great way to start a new by living in this apartment. The neighbors have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I love this place.

We moved in here in early March and have been happy here. The maintenance men and office staff are wonderful, professional and quick to answer.our questions and take care of any needs that should arise. When the stairwell light leading up from the garage to our apartment burnt out Steve and his men quickly came and replaced the bulb, which was a great help since I am not tall enough even with a ladder to reach the light. When we had a leak spring up in our master bath they responded within minutes of my frantic call.
We would encourage anyone to consider moving here.

I lived here for almost two years. I loved it. The neighbors and the community are great. The office personal and the maintenance team is friendly, helpful, professional, trustworthy, and supportive. It is a great place to call home. Very quiet, SAFE, and comfy.

Hearthstone is an amazing place to live. My son and i have lived here sense 2015 and have a beautiful home. With any complex you will have people who don't respect others but this community is an amazing family location with a beautiful pool area, gym and club house. The staff are the best i have ever had to deal with, I love them all. Thank you Hearthstone for renting to us an amazing home and for being a part of an amazing family !

Hearthstone has been my home for over 10 years. It is a quiet clean family/professional community where I feel safe and I enjoy the nature all around this property.
Property management is always friendly, dedicated and eager to help. Alyssa and Crystal have been very helpful with keeping this property well maintained. Steve is always so helpful, hard working and knowledgeable with any maintenance needs. Overall I love calling Hearthstone home.

First let me start off by saying 5 stars ✨ is not even enough for this place . Me and my small (Military) family of 4 have lived all over , and never have I experienced such hospitality and a warm welcome like I did months before I even moved in.. Crystal was amazing in helping us choose the right floor plan and apartment unit . She helped ease my apartment fears of being someone’s noisy neighbor since we have two kids and a dog . The Amenities are pretty great too ,and the place is surounded by beautiful hiking trail and parks.

Rachel D. At the Hearthstone in Everett has sincerely been one of the most diligent, and attentive leasing agents I’ve ever dealt with. She made our move from Texas to Washington seamless and pain free! She went above and beyond to secure our home, and provide all of the information regardless of this first time renters experience! She makes my husband and I lease here enjoyable and it truly makes us feel like we’re in good hands.

Great prices, friendly staff, convenient location, quick maintenance response (usually come out to my place and have everything fixed within 30m of submitting my ticket online). Not much more you could ask for. I moved in and everything was freshly painted, new floors were installed and all I had to do was move my furniture!

So happy to be here! All in all my first 3 months have been nothing but love. Any issue that does come up is dealt with in a manner that is timely, professional and with overall kind attitudes. I am so happy to be a part of this fabulous family!

Everyone is so helpful and friendly I really feel at home here. My apartment is spacious and clean and light and just wonderful. What an amazing upgrade from Carvel at Harbour Pointe (don't ever rent there).

Friendly staff, quiet, well maintained. Parking is very tight and has speed bumps. Has a trail around location and over to another neighborhood. Surrounded by woods and in between two creeks. Nice facilities with outdoor swimming pool.

Great apartment complex. We have lived here for 15 months and are very happy with the unit. There are a select group of neighbors that are inconsiderate sometimes but for the most part, it's great here!

Parking is a bit tight this time of year, Crystal on the management team has been exemplary over the holiday season. Timely call-back and more then advertised service and care.

If you go there ask for Crystal!

I live here. it is very nice, apartments are clean and well taken care of. The pool is huge and apartments are big to. i just wish there was 2 garbage cans.

Today is the first day of tour, so first of all I have to say hello to anybody and I see it when I am in the office apartment ,what am I feeling me and my family we are so amazing! Because there are so beautiful places 😘

Amazing location - trees, wild life, hiking trail - no noisy traffic. Cozy comfortable apartment in a secluded location. Awesome staff! Love it!!

They really keep up the maintenance on this property.So much easier than owning a home..which I have for many years.More time to focus on my business..and my dog.
