The employees were very friendly and helpful in finding what we need, and they seemed to have a lot of amazing sales!

We needed a stadium bag, they had it, they reminded us to check the size requirements. And we got shoe waterproofer, we always spray new shoes and purses. They always have what we need and are helpful

this one is kind of bias, They do an amazing job at keeping their store clean, have great customer service, and will help you find anything you need.

They have lots of things to choose from from apparel to equipment it changes in the summer and winter, great quality items every time. Went this winter to get a sled for my child and they had like 8 different types of sleds to choose from, I was impressed at the options. I would suggest then to get things for babies and toddlers. They did not have much of a selection for ones under age 4-ish and I would suggest to change that! I would have bought an entire snow outfit boots gloves and the whole thing If they had stuff for toddlers.

I'm shocked there is still any big 5s around with how good some of their deals are. I consistently forget this one exists but they actually have ammo and just about all the stuff in stock. I highly recommend checking them out over Walmart or other places that sell sporting goods around here just due to how polite and helpful the customer service is.

Big 5 was just the store I was wanting to go to. I got just exactly what I wanted a 16 inch Bowie knife by Elk Ridge . This one will not brake at the blood Grove it doesn't have one. I feel that I am safe in my apartment more so when roommate goes on his two week camping vacation. If you need any type of knife they have one if not they will order it.😁😁😁😁‼‼‼

My son and I stopped in here kind of late on a Monday evening to look at soccer cleats and the man who assisted us was so kind and helpful. He stayed back with us grabbing additional sizes, checking the fit of the cleat on my son. He was just great! It was a level of customer service that you don't see much anymore.

After finding Marysville store gone, drove to Everett.They we're out of stock, but Kyle checked computer and found 1left in Kingston and 1 left in Burlington. He then called Burlington store and had them put the item on hold for me.... So helpful!!! It was a 1 day only e-coupon sale on an expensive item I was able to get at half price for my Grandson's birthday. When I got to Burlington the wheeled this 100lb item out and loaded it in my car. Great Service all the way around!!

Odd situation where only one clerk working cash register. Other employees could observed standing and chatting with other employees in view of the crowded register area. The cashier had to "Call" for assistance on the intercom. Yes, the employees could all easily see how busy it was; but offered no help until called.

*Update - Went in recently for binoculars for a concert in Tacoma. 2 young ladies were extremely helpful and I got the binoculars without any issues! THANK YOU!

I went to store and bought Asics running shoes, the box said $54.99 but the case register came up 59.99, I told them and got refund, the prices might be set for Wednesday's new prices, everyone keep a close look.😎
