Oh this is a fun little mining town and those are excellent accommodations they come up and stay all days and visit everybody do a little gold panning ride to Stagecoach all within walking distance highly recommended merry Christmas everybody

Loved it

It's very quiet and peaceful and the neighbors watch over each other as far as my experience there.

Nice park, nothing fancy, but its kept pretty clean, doesnt appear to be a lot of junked up spaces.

In response rent questions we pay $600 with utilities. Not a bag spot. Has some issues with aging infrastructure.
