My second time in the store and their customer service levels are beyond amazing. Joel was knowledgeable of every product. Design, pattern and price. You can tell this young man was passionate about his work in a non pushy type of way. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything like you do at other stores. Joel is top tier. He even remembered I was there months ago. The entire sales team was friendly and interactive.
