Freedom Dog Park Review: Camarillo’s newest dog park is a cool drink on a hot summer day. Shaded with lots of green grass the two English creme retrievers I ran into with their owners were feeling no pain. The park is totally fenced with double gates-kinda of dog Alcatraz- no one can get away! Amenities include benches, picnic tables, dog water fountains and pet waste bags. Best of all, it’s new and off the beaten path so if you need to take your dog to a less frequented place, this is it! Good job, Camarillo, for considering your canine population’s needs!

Went to check out the new dog park. Very nice, lighted, lots of dogs. Parking is not a problem, but the roads in and out are quite rough. Lots of baseball fields.

This is one of my favorite parks to go to. It is well maintained and is always so peaceful. The remote control race track is always fun to watch. There's so much shade and so many place's to sit and enjoy the day. Even on a busy day with baseball or soft ball the park is most enjoyable.

Great place to bring family and friends for baseball and events here. There is bathroom but they might be locked during week. Handicap. Good place to bring dog to walk and play. Very clean and nice park

R/C tracks are amazing! Drivers were very friendly and didn’t mind my daughter and I standing around and watching while asking questions. We plan on building a car together ourselves and giving the track a shot.

Its a fun park with a bunch of options for so many different hobbies the BMX track looks cool. The baseball field is well maintained and they even have a track to race RC cars. The park is pretty cool.

Went there today for the drive-thru COVID testing. Was very simple & never stepped out of my car.. 1 1/2 hrs from start to finish which isn't bad as far as I'm concerned! It's simple & pretty fast. I'd recommend for everyone!

What a cool spot. As a total newbie and feeling a little intimidated (all in my head) I was welcomed and was able to learn a lot from just asking questions. Fun track and the guy that worked the track has some mad skills! So far this rc hobbie has introduced me to a real great group of people.

Park has a lot to offer. RC track, BMX dirt track, baseball fields, patio area for BBQ and lots of grass area. Lots of trees for good shading. Tons of restrooms and you are near the airport and can see some planes taking off and landing. Not sure if they have a basketball court. They do have a sand area for volleyball but didn't see the poles up.

Great baseball facility. They also have 2 RC racing tracks, A BMX track, roller hockey rink, and a bbq area with horseshoe pits and dog park. Two more baseball fields were added. Now all divisions can play there.

Love it here. It is so beautiful and very calming and you can restore your brain to be able to come down

Freedom Park is an awesome place for a lot of different events they do sports they have car racing things they used to back in the day have fireworks I wish they'd do that again!

I like the baseball park. It's clean and well organized. It's easy to find the fields. There seems to be plenty of parking which isn't always the case with baseball parks.

Great place for kids as well as the seasoned driver.

Freedom park is right next to the Camarillo airport, they have several ball parks and you can go there when they have air show. Call as headed to check, have fun!! 🤣
