The Habit Burger Grill

I'm not one to easily be won over, particularly by chain-style eateries, but this place exceeded all expectations. Despite not having visited The Habit in years, something compelled me to give it another shot today, and I'm glad I did. Ordering through the drive-thru was a breeze, even with four cars ahead of me, and the service was exceptionally friendly. My $10 sandwich felt like a steal considering its generous size and deliciousness – juicy meat nestled between light, buttery bread. Huge thanks to the fantastic team at The Habit in Tulare for such a memorable experience!

Walking on the building, the cashier greeted me off top. I ordered the veggie burger. The cashier also let me know that the grilled onions weren’t vegetarian style because they were cooked next to the protein so it was awesome that she told me that. The burger came out really well done. The only con I would have to say is that the fries were soggy even when I asked the lady for them to be fresh.

Love the Portabella and my bf tried the new patty melt both liked it . Good service good food . I would recommend 👌

I think the burgers are better than In-N-Out. And I love their green bean freeze delicious 😋👍👍

WOW, there is a Habit Burger Grill in Tulare!
I live in Visalia AND THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN TOWN!! EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. GOT 2 SANTA BARBARA CHARS FOR MY BFF NANCY AND HOME TO WESTPORT VILLAGE TO EAT AT HOME. NANCY LOVED IT!!!

I had the original double char, first time visit, i was really impressed with the burger and the service. If they had these where i lived i would go often! Very pleasant first time experience!

Had The #2 Double Charboiled Burger combo with onion rings excellent taste awesome onion rings bbq sauce is zesty ranch lightly watered but still yet very good restaurant very clean csr outstanding every thing needed for takeout. Total approx $$ 11.00 definitely worth it today I tried the tri tip sandwich omg can I get a six star best sandwich ever . I will vote best restaurant in Tulare in my opinion. Great job. Never been to this location before. The staff is very personable and the food was hot and made to order. They did offer a lettuce wrapped burger which was awesome for me. The place was clean and maintained quite well.

Just stopped in for a quick Char Burger. Delicious as always. A great alternative burger to all the rest.

BBQ Bacon Char with Cheese, with a side of Fry's & ranch dressing, or a delicious & my all time favorite Santa Barbara Char well-done with extra grilled onions, extra crispy Fry's with ranch dressing on the side & a cookies & cream milkshake to wash it all down.

Food is always fresh and hot. Burgers are tasty and the beef doesn't have that gross texture and flavor of cheap burger patties. They have completed my customized food requests every time. Drive thru service is fast even when there is a line. Prices are fair and haven't been increased as much as some other fast food places that I now don't visit any longer. I can't afford $30 for just 2 meals! In & Out has kept prices reasonable so far. Oct 2022

Loves this place! Best burgers in town!!!!

While this is a chain restaurant, the customer service provided by the staff is outstanding, and warrants praise.
Recently, I had went in to order lunch after they had opened. I was the second customer of the day with a normal meal order. However, I started to notice that people who placed orders after me was getting their orders ahead. Before asking what was going on, the staff noticed that I had yet to receive my order. They asked me about my order and sprang into action. The manager was notified and came out to provide a formal apology. Turns out my order was never placed in the system and was not sent to the kitchen. I did not even have to lift a finger, they personally served me my food where I was sitting and provided things I could have gotten up and have gotten myself. My food was taken away when I was done. It was like I was being given service in a formal dinning restaurant. They went above and beyond to rectify their mistake. They have my respect.

You can’t go wrong with Santa Barbara char

We were greeted as soon as we stepped in, the cashier was very friendly. We found a spot to sit and it was clean. Our charburgers were steamy hot and we had very fast service. Cashier came to check on us while she was cleaning. Nice atmosphere overall!

Great place yummy food.. ice cream cone was nice...

Really dig the garlic fries they had the first night. Came back the second, and they didn't have them anymore. Guess they were seasonal.

My favorite burger from this spot is the santa Barbara burger. Give it a shot, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Oh, forgot to mention, the staff there were very pleasant. All smiles (I assume from their demeanor, they were wearing masks).

I have no complaints for this habit in Tulare. Always good quick service & clean. Just tasted there grilled chicken salad gotta say it was bomb!!
