Karina provided me with excellent customer service today! They were a little busy at times, but she never abandoned meme for any phone inquiries (because of course customers do call), or any new walk in’s. She explained a few different phones to me, and helped me upgrade to a new phone that I could be happy with. Thank you Karina for all your help!

This place! Gabby was great and the manager stepped in for reassurance and helped this "rotary phone" girl switch her droid to an iPhone...wow! I swore was never going to switch! But, my grandkids are in Florida....almost 3,000. So, I caved and did it for the FaceTime! To see them live everyday is a much better way to stay in the mix! They truly grow so quickly, especially when you can't hug them everyday!Those grandparents who are lucky enough to see your Grands on a regular basis you are blessed! For those like me ...."Do it for the FaceTime", but go see Gabby and the gang in Tulare. Gabby was so patient when I got the phone and even the "next morning" (yep, I said the next morning) when I called and said "I am coming down there, this is so messed up" she said "That's fine I'm here til 2:00." So, I get there she knows the problem....not a problem. She walked me through it, I asked questions and took notes! (Geez 😳) Then I said "Maybe I should just get a Jitterbug?! She said "No, 😂 you will be fine, in about 3-4 days you should have it pretty good by then!" I said "OK!"😬 so, if your a grandparent or not...still..."Do it for the FaceTime"....

Walked in. Marisa & several other Tmobile Associates greated me. Marisa helped fix a sim card issue (dying Sim). Problem was fixed & I was on my way.

This store has the best customer service representatives. They are all so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and made my experience by far the best I've experienced. Wish I lived closer just so I had this experience each time i needed help .

This is for JOSE AND BRIAN!! They went beyond my expectations event though it took 3 hours they didn’t give up! They sure know how to greet and treat customers with out judging there appearance ! I give them 5 starts each!

I have never loved a store more than I do today I walked in with at&t phone bills for almost 2,000 and walked out with a new plan and new phones for only 250 a month it’s so great the staff is so amazing and the store manager was there and only there for the customer! This store and service is the best! 😊❤

The people are so friendly, they answered all my questions and help me on what was on sale and what i was looking for, i really got good deals at the Tulare Sprint store.
