Our experience with AT& T was a super one. Brian was welcoming, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are pleased with our purchase experience.

5 stars for Joan, Robert, and Liz for excellent customer service. They always help me find all the right accessories for my devices and have served me with the upmost patience.

I lost my phone this morning and Robert helped purchase a new one. Liz helped me purchase a new laptop.

Joan helped my family with all of our needs. We switched to att and needed new phones. This took a bit only because there were 4 of us, but Joan was very patient with the whole process and kept a positive, upbeat and friendly attitude. He helped find any discounts for us and explained anything we had questions on. My family and I really appreciated Joan and his dedication to help us all. Thank you Joan!

We received help as soon as we walked in. Our store representative Julio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all possible plans and options to have better quality. My family and I went in to pick out new, upgraded phones, and our representative was very friendly and optimistic. The manager also intervened by informing us on new chargers and accessories needed for the phone. We were in the store for a long time, but they never lost their patience with us. We were very satisfied.
