Minute Key

I have always had good luck with the Minute key machine making accurate copies. This recent time I needed 6 copies and they went quickly and when I got home they all fit.

I've used the kiosk many times over the years.... Quick and quality have always been expected and delivered.
Not this time.
The keys just barely worked in the lock. Too tight to turn, and it takes a bit to position it correctly.
Unfortunately, it's not worth it to go back and try to get the keys adjusted.
This time, it's been a waste of money.

I did call the number, not to complain, just to let them know the local kiosk didn't provide the quality it usually did. They sent me a coupon for new keys... Unexpected, and greatly appreciated.
Better customer service than I've seen in a long time..

Had three house key copies made at a cost of $8.00 (2 for $4.00 each, 1 free) in 20 minutes time. Keys were excellent quality and worked easily. Instructions for machine were easy to follow.

Very pleased with automatic key making machine. I’d use it again, for sure. It saved me time from having to go to a locksmith.

The service is a key duplication machine located in Lowe’s. The machine worked perfectly. The only downside was that you have to pay on cash with exact change. The credit card reader doesn’t work. Is saw two other customers trying to get the credit card to work and one customer even made a sign to post so other people did t waste their time getting it to work.

The keys are fine and the unit price was fine but somehow, the interface got me to purchase an extra key when I only wanted 3! Slightly odd, slightly annoying.

One key worked, the other didn't.

Key not working as expected. Not a good service when you can't take it to someone to fix it. Good idea bad result

It was very inconvenient as this machine was only accepting exact cash at the time. I'm sure you lost quite a bit of business this day.

Purchased keys from the kiosk. Asked for an e-mail receipt which was never received, but did receive a request for a review. Made keys for two different locks, one worked, the other jammed in our lock and could not be extracted. Ended up at the hardware store late at night, buying a new door handle set and deadbolt so that the locks would match. Nothing like installing locks in the dark. Disposed of the "working" key as I didn't trust it. Definitely will not use this machine again.
