Love that I got to ride my horse on this beach 🇱🇷❤🇱🇷

We've been living here for 3 years now and love it! The new management team, David and Morgan really help to keep this an incredible place to live. It's a community of friendly, inclusive people who all look out for one another. The monthly activities are so much fun and bring our community even closer together. The weather and the beach brought us here, and together with this great community of people is why we'll stay.

Hometown is trying for oxnard to get us home from work to be nicer than being downtown and returning to both of my recent times for bad news to make up dates from now on upbringing higher for months away from my son's birthday party at my life to fix are you tomorrow morning please and your always welcomed type typically friendly reminder to be nicer than the last time

Community is well kept. You do not own the land, just the mobile home and pay rent. Great amenities and very clean.

This is so much more than a mobile home park. Most modular homes are newer and very high end. Looked at one for sale for 1.3 million. It is just across the street from the beach. The only draw back I see is the very expensive HOA/space fees when you buy there.

It's a beautiful, serene, and clean beach.

I love this spot... It's really cool of the homeowners to be cool with all the people that come here I'm surprised it's not a private gated drive. It's just a cool spot ... People should take their trash with thenm though...

Was truly amazed at how the interior of some homes looked like. So much room.

My husband and I recently purchased a home here, the park manager Janine was very friendly and patient throughout the application process as well as informing us of community activities and local points of interest. This is a beautiful neighborhood that is well managed and beautifully maintained. All our neighbors say, Welcome to paradise, I think they’re right.

Dudes. This place is by the beach. You can go on bike rides that aren't very far away. There's a great little cute downtown area. At this point I'm really stretching out my review but I did have a splendid day at the beach.

Oxnard shores mobile home park has the most amazing management team any resident can hope for they are always helpful and proud of the work they do. I would recommend this area to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to live with awesome people to live around. The beach is steps away the sand you cant go wrong.

Practicely on sand and surf. A street away. It's great to have a place where the people are the best neighbors. And the sunrise as well the sun sets are gorgeous.

Nice and right at the beach. Friend lives there and nice hugh clubhouse.

Mike at the oxnard police department informed me politely that i couldn't park here instead of writing me a ticket. but other than that it's a beautiful area
