Raley's have improved alot. I think they have gotten the message from there costumers. Nice friendly employees.

They are always late filling my RX & sometimes the drug is on back order like blood pressure meds :((

Would highly recommend you look for a different pharmacy. I have only been using this one since December, and twice now they have filled my prescription without my requesting it first (or notifying me that it has been filled), then called me 7 days later demanding to know why I hadn't picked it up yet. Then when I actually DO request a refill, it is never ready when I arrive regardless of how long I give them to fill it. Very disappointed.

They seriously need to get it together. Tuesday I took my daughter to the dr and she was given an RX. Knowing this place wouldn't have it ready that day I waited until Wednesday at 5:30pm to pick it up. I am told "it hasn't been written up yet." Umm it was sent 25 hours ago. "It was?? Oh yes it was. We will have it ready in an hour. We only have about 2 days worth of doses of the 10 days she needs right now but will have the rest tomorrow." I go back 2.5 hours later and it's still not ready and they are closing! I call at 9:30 Thursday morning and they inform me they are working on it now. And only have 3 days worth. We will get more in tomorrow. "I thought you were getting more in today ?" No it will be tomorrow. This isn't the first time either 95% of the time they are out if what was prescribed. They are always screwing up.
